Thanks for the detailed closeups, its exactly what I wanted to see. It looks like it has Euro style close couplers. They bring the cars close on straights pushes them apart around curves so the ends will clear. Subbed. Love the subway and rail content too.
Great video and thank you for showing the coupling process. I have both the C car and the ABBA (not the band haha) DC silent set. The coupling is not as easy as it sounds to be sure. I made the mistake of pushing to hear the "click" and broke the port on one of the B cars in the process. Hoping that Rapido will honor the warranty over this. In any event, great vid.
Oh man, I hope they do, too! It also seems that the resistance varies between cars. I fully coupled one coupling using the same force that would start to deflect the coupler pockets on the others.
@@smallflame85 they are thank goodness because I'm the last person who has the dexterity and know-how to do it. Will be sending them out on Saturday morning.
I can't wait go purchase my preorder middle to end of next month I know they are already in stock but I ain't bought my preorder yet. Ugh 😅. Great video btw
All of the C and B cars ran out of stock on Trainworld. They might have it at other retailers, but I’m not sure if it’ll be for the same reduction in price as Trainworld. Rapido’s website still have them in stock though!
If you don't puosh the couplers all the way in they pull apart easy. The B car is pretty light and you would normally have at least two motor cars on the train to keep the slack to a minimum. When I did push it fully in, I (carefully) used needle nose pliers to squeeze the prongs in so I could pull the cars apart.
Great first vid. My ABBA set arrived yesterday. . For a novice, this was really helpful to see before unboxing mine. Thank You

It would be an injustice if I didn't get some good close-ups!
Looking forward to seeing a decal application video.
That'll definitely be in the cards!
Oh my God I like this I want this

@@amazi6542 just checked and they have 10 C cars left in stock.
Have you ever looked at getting the “display” A-car and see if it can be pulled along?
I didn't think of that. I wonder what is included with the Display car.
Enjoyed the video. The audio varied widely, distracting from the content. A clip on mic would help maintain consistent sound levels. Subscribed!
Thanks for the feedback! I'll work on improving th audio!
Is it easy to un-couple the cars?

Are you going to make a HO Scale 3rd rail to go with your HO Scale Legacy BART cars anytime soon???
First things first: I need to get off the dining table and onto a layout table! 3rd rail is a desire of mine as many of my cars are subway/metro
OK. @smallflame85
