I just want to ask that its been more them 70 days and still didn’t got any decision on administrative review so I just want to ask can we go to court and say them that we need the decision quickly cuz now we are getting in very depression and anxiety and our all document were fine so should we ?
No, they do take longer than that. You can, however, ask your lawyer to nudge but that isn't recommended.

Sir moj pr English test not genuine waja sa 10 years ka ban lagha ha I had the right to appeal so mena appeal ki ha abi 2 months hoghy or mojy center sa affidavit be mela ha ka ya system error ta applicants ki koi mistake ne ha or es ka sath mera pas IELTS ka 2 TRF be ha ju mena appeal documents ka sath submit krle so kindly bta dya w8 kro appeal decision ke ya ma judicial review kr skti ho? Q ka kehty ha appeal ma ab 12 months sa zeyda time lghta ha kindly espy tura guide krly😢
if it was a system error then it is best to just wait, i am not so sure about the timelines though.
Bhai how do we know we have right to pre action protocol, my brother got refused skilled worker visa and got only administrative review option
if you have admin review then you should go for it, but ask a lawyer to ensure it is useful
@altafsays2361 spoke to few lawyers they all said we should go for admin review, wondering if home office will accept new documents related to refusal
Company don't have new cos so can't reapply, heard admin review could take 12 months
