This has to be one of the fastest walkthrough he’s ever done. Almost as if he didn’t want to show parts of the boat.
He reminded me of a bad used car sales man!
Crazy how it has a similar layout of Sonny Crockett's Endeavor 42.

Beautiful boat, setup very nicely, large cockpit for a CC. very nice wide decks. How deep is the keel CA or west coast boats tend to draw a lot of water.

How come you never talk about the engines or gen sets ? Hrs, type, maintenance thats been done or upgrades.

You are correct. For that price you can negotiate a 2008 or even newer boat of same caliber. This boat looks super nice though. It is worth more than the average.

really? I thought it seemed high for an '89
139k for 31year old boat. You'll spend 50k in upgrades and maintenance over 3 years. Just buy new and save the headache 🙃
An equivalent new yacht would be in the $400 to 500k range. Not $189k. The boat looks in good condition. I believe it is close to a bargain

My man. 139,000 +50,000= $180,000..... A knew hylas loaded will be $800,000-$1,000,000...... So what you talking about...

That’s nearer the true value. Probably needs repowering hence the avoidance of a real close look at the engine and no mention of how old the standing rigging is. Budget 40-50k spend after purchase.
Sigh. As with all Hylas you have to destroy the boat just to replace the engine.
What a joke, get another job you are not suited to sell .
