man, this is the coolest channel on YT.
Thanks man!
@@2STROKESTUFFING best channel by far, always waiting for the next video.
Cutting gaskets in the hood yo , *scissors* made of pubes and cig butts….. O-dog taught me this….. I’m dying 🤣
Omg i'm so happy i'm early. When the brute force is usable in a bike and you inevitably take it to Bonneville to crush the 50cc record; you HAVE to try an afterburning exhaust nozzle. With all that extra unburnt fuel coming out of the exhaust at high velocity it seems like it could generate some serious thrust if it were to ignite... That would be INSANE and seems right up your batshit crazy lane. Great show as always, greetings from Sweden :))
Yeah the good kind of "batshit crazy" and not the kind we find our world in tday 😂👍✌frm GB
insanity is what we seek..
I’m afraid that would cause too much back pressure and it wouldn’t work since it screw with the resonance effect of the exhaust
@@CobraR99 Well a laval nozzle should work, it would accelerate the already fast fumes
@@CobraR99 You would need to create a ram jet exhaust pipe, in order to separate the chamber from the intake. It could be done, but may be restrictive.
Forgot the feeling of giving a 2t the beans through the gears, memories flooded back. Cheers keep up the good work and cracking videos
Sounds alot like a SAAB Sonett II ... with a 2 stroke not all of them were 2 strokes even in that series though, there is a guy that races them at Bonneville too! Tom Donney...
when dissassembling and assembling the cylinder, use heat. aluminium will expand more than steel so you gain some tolerances when the part is somewhere 150c, maybe this will reduce the stress from pressing
This is also why you absolutely always warm up an Evinrude/Johnson 2 stroke for about 5-10 min to warm up the pistons... which then will be sized correctly they slap when cold and the blow buy can destroy an engine....there was a guy at the lake that did exactly this when I was a kid he got all of I think it was about 3 day out of his engine before it was destroyed because he couldn't follow a simple warm up procedure. He was basically firing it up and gunning it right out of the boat ramp...
The ender bike is going strong! The little NSU never thought it could fly, but it does now!
I made a motorized bike a few years ago. Scary over 30 mph. You're a brave one Alex.
try 50 mph with trued spokeless wheels. Its a truly smooth experience
Norwegian motorcycle engineering terms are identical to Australian ones.
Shit / fuck. Even the various inflections and nuance of usage are the same.
Who knew.
I love your commitment, something fails or breaks and your like "o'well we can fix it n do it again" . I'm same way. It's all just a learning experience, you know. Thanks for sharing as always love the content but definitely enjoying the death trap build right now cause it's right up my alley.
I think it would be cool if you went to the motorized bicycle races in Cali. They are racing 70cc minarelli cylinders with cnc cases. You would get first with that fine work of an engine
12:40 I felt that feeling I get while watching headcam footage from a Tourist trophy race IOM.. Times Ten!
The "Death trap" needs you to verify it's splendiferousness, by entering and riding her in a race meeting.. And winning!!
It made me so happy that a few small tears formed in the corner of my left pocket. Thank You Brother:-)
we need a small bike class in isle of man TT.
I’ve watched a decent amount of your videos but i didn’t realize how much I enjoyed them tell now. Keep at it!
Nice work it's coming together really well I love the attention to detail in the motor in the design and the crudeness of the bike that that awesome motor is going on I love it
Enjoying the humor and bloopers you have been adding in lately. Your videos have come a long way. I have enjoyed all of them.
Regardless of being interested in two strokes or not, every gearhead on the planet should be watching your channel.
You proved it would work. From concept to reality. Well done. Amazing. Now we see if it has more power than a simple 2 stroke.
fully prepared.. putting the face protection helmet screen thing on his head to test the engine, and leaves it upwards while running the engine.. sooo familiar :-D great vid again, can't wait for the next one!
Thanks! Yep, did it again...
You're quite the engineering mastermind where I come from. Totally enjoy your channel. Keep it real bro..
I used that loctite on many machined surfaces without gaskets without no leaks. Needs to be clean, even coverage & wait till hardens
love the channel, thank you! Make it, break it, fix it. Repeat.
Innovation is a slow process, test, strip, modify and start all over with the next iteration. Keep at it you are getting there.
Insane.. love your videos soo much! Please keep them coming!
Nice going Alex. It’s starting to all fall into place. Your pushing into new territory that others don’t want to. Your making history. Literally. Thanks form tinytown Colorado.
Dude, can’t wait for more! Love the death trap! Wicked fast!
Best .... Channel ... EVER .... !!! While I love Your successes , I love the fact that You post Your failures as well. We learn more from our failures :)
Your efforts gona pay! What a job on this werY special 2S! Congratulations
@1:10 Gel seal. That is what we use in marine 2 strokes. It never actually dries or cures making a perfect air stop.
Just found your channel and I love 2strokes can't believe what IAM watching you are the business keep up the good work
Outstanding shipmate. Press on. USS Kitty Hawk CV-63 Jan 1980 to July 1983. I all most lost my life on one of those motorized bicycles in 2013.
It seems like this entire video was "just one of those days" It happens man, I'm still glad to see so much progress!
I always enjoy when your videos drop, whenever I see a new upload it reminds me of my old Teamboss from karting who has sadly passed away, but these videos really remind me of the good times we had together, as I recommended this channel for him to watches I found it interesting and informative, as we both believe that the 2 stroke is still not perfect, and when I finally see you pulling off something incredible like this. I really enjoy it and it makes me happy to be reminded of the old man so please keep it up and like he said keep fighting till success😀
Love a 2 stroke ❤️❤️❤️ power, noise and smell. You are very good 👍🏻
you are blessed to do what you do and be where you are
I sure am!
Thank you sooo much much!
Sincerely,
Alicia from Sweden.
It my bday today and old mate up loads while I’m in bed enjoying a wine. Fkn life is good ❤️
Keep up the awesome work .. love what you doing.
Love that song I can’t lie but it’s great to see these things come so far and be so close to ready
I watched this at night and when I saw the max speed on the speedo, I almost shouted and laughed :D Good weird humour on the video, gives it some unexpected character :D
You're making progress. Brute Force is starting right up now.
The ender bike sounds like an old 2 stroke 50cc gp bike
That dramatic music for the water leak :D :D :D
The bike looks ready to jump a border like Steve McQueen in The Great Escape.
Two strokes rule mate good work, love your song cheers
Dude your videos are amazing, and they are getting better every time ! Love the humor
Haha, the you-know-what guys in the car are also your fans and they wanted your autograph... on a fine piece of paper entitled "Fine". 🤩
Super rad. Top 3 of all time channels
Channel just keeps getting better, love it
Phones do not pick up sound well and that sounded FANTASTIC !!!
This is INCREDIBLE
Great channel you are a very talented engineer cheers brings back memories of my old two stroke motor bikes
80mph on a sketchy motorised bicycle - surprised you don't need panniers to carry your balls 🤣😎
The motor on the NSU Quickly finally sounds tuned great. Sounds really good!
Woke up feeling depressed, overcast weather here in Austin TX…. But Alex, this video made everything alright😃
The force is strong with that one😁👍
Impressive work👍
oh that thing sounds mean ! that shift is insane be safe dude
Great stuff! 129kph, That thing flies!
What a great video! Thank you for this great content! I can not wait to see the dyno build 😊👍🏼
Your intros are very professional now. You sound good and its rare to find TH-camrs making their own intro music. 👍
Wow bro if that’s in kph that’s 80mph ruffle great job must be one hell of a scary ride
My old 63 Sportster has two metal bars with dual springs inside that slide up and down in two holes in the top of the frame. Pogo stick suspension. Yours looks like a single tube design could be adapted where you bolted the seat to the frame. It ain't much but any spring under that board would be an improvement.
I think you mentioned several videos ago that you got rid of the original front wheel suspension. Any plans on getting it working again?
man the death trap sounds delicious, good work dude
I wouldn't be able to sleep at night knowing I've got that sat in my shed I'd be like a child with a new toy I just wouldn't be able to leave it alone
"There they were, you know who... Sitting in their car at the side of the road"...
And that's been the end of many, many of my nights of fun.!!
Thats insane man i enjoy every time when is see your videos
Fantastiskt! Tusen tack, för frihetskänslan.
Have you ever seen the old way to seal without gaskets by using silk thread and sealer? A thin film of sealer then two continuous threads one inside the bolt holes and one outside laid around the surfaces. Saw it on a video about making motorcycle engines. Forget which manufacturer.
I'll look into it👍
@@2STROKESTUFFING Loctite 515 - used back in my TZ racing days
Beautiful editing!
Great video, lots of fun and very entertaining👍🏼 thanks my dude
Great episode. My son's both have kitted mopeds, Honda Expresses I believe.
You should release an underground collection of songs.
Yes your still crazy 🤪 lol.
Great episode Alex I laughed at the fucks....lol
It's definitely easier starting.
And the death trap sounds and goes awesome, I think you have some weird ball smashing fetish....lol I just couldn't handle no foam for the old scroat lol.
Keep up the awesome work
Damn bro, good video, but just wasn't having the best of luck... Can't wait to see the next one... Hang in there
Man i am really excited for this thing. Its a monster.
Tour going to revolutionize the motorized bike game dude keep it up!!!
Every episode is more and more exiting!
You are a cool and intelligent guy - typical Norwegian!
#2STROKE STUFFING, Got an idea for your bike's braking system; find the throttle system from a 2 stroke motorcycle that has an oil injection pump. Now you have one cable that is connected to two cables (one for carb. and one for injection pump). You can modify this set up and have front and rear brakes actuated by only one brake lever. You can adjust each brake separately, so the proper force is applied to each caliper. Hope this might be useful to you. Love watching your creations evolve bro!
👍 I've made a foot lever now, but that would've been a great setup too.
120+ That's proper quick mate :)
"Yes sir, this is full stock.(Bicycle)"
Fun video. You have one of my favorite channels. Your bike ride was intense! Like riding a chainsaw.
The bike sounded Really strong,I hope the rims can take that speed.Brute Force is coming along nicely, the dyno pulls are going to be awesome.
absolutely love your work matey
i need a full length version of that intro song :))) awesome job as usual man!
i just want to say i have that exact same van's hat. Off the wall
and to answer your question no you shouldn't go that fast but instead the question should be "can you go faster?"
Love the videos and your personality. Very cool and inspiring person
Great job, blazing fast bicycle.
People here haven't been kidding.
I just made my coffee and now I have to watch this one.
You`re a great singer, you suprised me for sure..:))
the cilinder is metal , the casing is aluminium , could be that the heatcycles are causing the case parts to split apart and move up and down over the cilinder , having the casehalfs cool down they stay where they are on the cilinder bushing and have a opening in between the two halves , might be able to fix it by using realy thick O rings between the two halves that can expand enough to close the gap on a cold motor so the expansion doesnt cause a loss of seal
Lovely sound!
Your videos are amazing man. Love it. Quality great times.
Hi use a bit of heat then apply a gasket to seal the parts
Love the effort you put into all the jokes, made me laugh! So happy I found your channel
Ken burns would be proud. Also - good going protecting yourself from anything falling from the ceiling when you test run the motor. Very forward thinking use of the face mask.
😁
A very patient individual.
🤙👍
a homemade engine running at around 11k while testing only, thats insane dude cant wait to see this on a dyno hitting max RPM
I lost it when you started gettin' weird with the editing. I remember that fella from prison, he didn't teach me about o-rings, but he did teach me about prison pockets.
Fantastisk lyd!
Always interesting. Thanks.
The sound of your engine is awesome
Oh man I just love this channel >.
That thing is absolutely insane, I like it 👍😊
Turning on subtitles is hilarios, when you out driving and rev it, it is like: oh oh oh [Music] so 😂
