It has the same toppings as the normal bibimbap, except that it’s served in a hot stone bowl. That means, the rice keeps warm until the last spoonful and the heated stone pot toasts the rice at the bottom. You can add or take out any toppings to your liking. I hope you enjoy the video! emeline Freezing them may affect the texture of the vegetables. But you can definitely refrigerate them for up to 5-7 days. I wouldn’t refrigerate the rice as it would get hard.

개인적인 취향일지 몰라도.. 돌솥비빔밥은 볶은 나물이나 채소 위주로 하는게 좋고, 양푼 비빔밥은 생채를 많이 넣을수록 더 맛있는거 같아요.
콩나물, 숙주나물 대신 그냥 볶은 양파같은거 사용하셔도 됩니다.
