I made the chutney with your excellent recipe. One variation I did, was to soak imli in some water for 1 hour,grind it and then filter it, similarly for the dates also, I ground it and filtered. Mixed both the pulps and continued with your procedure. It is easier this way. Thanks Bhaiya! I made green chutney, the third kind, it came out very well and tasty.Thanks again!

Nd added little more sugar and jaggery to balance out..rest all the ingredients and spices being the same.. it turned out like the best imli chutney I ever had. Saunth and fennel really work wonders in this chutney. I prepared this with your samosa. Nd just Like your every dish they too were out of this world. Big Big Thanks.
We pressure cook the main three ingredients in pressure cooker first then sieve it and then add all ingredients and reboil once more.Yes I will definitely try adding saunf, dry ginger and pepper next time.Thanks for lovely neat presentation and sweet step by step explanation,keep up the good work.God bless you💛💛

You are the best chef. I just wanted to request you that you should tell us your quantity of salt that you used in chutney . Rest we will add or less according to preferences. But you should tell quantity just once. It will be very useful for cooking without any fear . Thanks a lot and lots of love
