Rangaraj Pandey Ragunathacharya is an Indian journalist and actor who started his career at Dinamalar and Visual Media Career at Thanthi TV. Later he started his TH-cam channel Chanakyaa Network.
He was born in Srivilliputhur and his parents, who were from Buxar district, Bihar, migrated to Tamil Nadu before his birth. He did his schooling at a Tamil medium government school in Srivilliputhur. He pursued a Master of Arts degree in Tamil literature, from Madurai Kamaraj University. Pandey currently settled in Chennai along with his family.
Pandey hosted Kelvikku Enna Badhil and Ayutha Ezhuthu on Thanthi TV
He currently hosts a personal blog channel on TH-cam called Chanakyaa.
In 2019, he was chosen to make his acting debut alongside Ajith Kumar in Nerkonda Paarvai directed by H.Vinod produced by Boney Kapoor.

Pandey Sir! Once again Thanks! Your opinion about VIKRAM is 100% correct! The film ran for Kamal sir and all the other factors including Direction, Actors! People tried, still trying to crack the secret formula... You said it correctly! It was the long time wish for all the Kamal sirs Fans to see him as a Action Hero!! He never do this in his own films .. he never beat 20 , 50 persons in his own films.. He always play logic and realistic actions.. But we fans wanted and waited! Expectation met with the Presentation!! Rest History!
