However, I'm not vaccinated against covid and I can't really get a clear answer if I'm allowed in the country. I assume if they're not letting in unvaccinated people now they will soon. Do you know if there's a vax requirement? And I've been talking to Philippine women through Tinder.. seems like Cebu and Manila will be my first destinations. Just from talking to these girls and watching videos of the Philippines I'm already falling in love with the country.

Some say Cebu is a soft entry point and you can enter here unvaxxed, but it might be depend on the airline you use and who's on the entry gate at the time. Would hate for you to arrive and get sent back! Manila are more strict however. Check out Badoo, Pina Love and Date In Asia which are also free apps. The Philippines wasn't on my radar until 3 years ago. You'll love it here!

I actually arranged a long term condo contract with Cebu Property Management that are based in Mabolo Garden Flats. There are actually many condos listed on AirBnB that are based in this building. Good luck with finding a place and thanks for subbing and your kind words!

Great video. I think I would love it there but my biggest concern is noise. How is that in the Cebu condo? Any dogs barking, or people playing loud music during the day or at night?
You know what .... I leave my windows open 24/7 and noise is minimal. I'm five minutes walk from Business Park and it's very quiet. Okay, there's a pack of dogs down the road who are noisy at times, at the weekends there's some bars nearby which play music until late...... but I actually can't believe how quiet it is for the centre of the city. It's very peaceful sitting on my balcony most of the time. On Sunday mornings I go up to the pool and it feels like a ghost town. Where are you living now?
@@BiggWorldCinema Well that's great. Im sure the condo is also built out of concrete which should drown the noise pretty well from nearby neighbors. I'm form the States. I'm still pretty young and nowhere near retirement, but I have been investing for a long time and have about $500 a month in dividends coming in. I've seen your 2022 budget video and I think I can live like that. So thinking of taking the leap soon :)

I met an American guy in the pool the other day. 25 years old, ex military, been living abroad 7 years, he just got married for the 2nd time (at 25!). I wish I'd moved abroad when I was younger. If you can find a way to earn a living, digital nomad, passive income, please go for it, take the leap, you won't regret it!
I moved to Cebu last Friday, staying in a airbnb near IT park. i`m a 33yr old TALL (6'5) white guy. I am SHOCKED by the amount of attention I get from ladies..... not complaining tho haha
