Thanks for the feedback +Peter Bentley, we hope you can enjoy some of the other routes we have filmed, not sure why but I have had some issues trying to respond to your post :)
Hi, as far as I am aware the only parts that may still be designated as a footpath, is the path around Underbank, it will or is part of a link route to join the "Little Don Cycleway link". www.openstreetmap.org/#map=17/53.48954/-1.62391 the end wall of the reservoir had already been re-signed when we rode the route. Thanks, Steve
+Aaron Miller cool, we did one a bit like it yesterday in the crappy weather so not filmed it, was a less trodden path to be sure, It would be a little harder going than this one but you may enjoy it. The route is available on Strava.
I made a slightly better route with less on road activity for you, it uses the new trail, The little Don Cycleway, that has been created since we filmed this route here. ridewithgps.com/routes/29066138
I thought I'd already answered this one sorry, not sure what happened, I use www.bikehike.co.uk usually but bikeroutetoaster or ridewithgps are all as good. I then export it to my phone I have motionxgps installed, I now also place it on a Garmin device which has route mapping as well.
Hi guys we just did this ride today and really enjoyed it. You lot make it look easier than it is. Keep up the good work.
Aren't us northerners lucky to have so many trails to enjoy!
So true!

Nice loop. Ecklands Long Lane seems to be a footpath on OS and OSM, does it say bridleway on the ground?

Great video and route. Did you create a .gpx file by any chance?
Thanks for the comments, I did create one but I can not locate it, I will put another one together in the next few days and put a link to it up. Steve
The route we rode is here now, ridewithgps.com/routes/29066137

Perfect. Many thanks. Might get this one in over the Christmas break :)

How many miles is that route
I covered just over 20 miles on this particular ride, hope that helps. Steve
