Rem or Ram most likely have at some point, or maybe in multiple instances, repaired the minor cuts etc. that would appear on his clothes. (edit: unless of course Subaru himself is capable of sewing/stiching them back together. I do not remember that as being the case though.) In any route where Subaru takes enough damage for it to have a major impact on his clothes (not including the cases where he might just get excessively dirty) he would most likely die soon after. Hence resetting to a state where the clothes were more intact. So far, at least in the anime, the "main" route wherein his checkpoints take place has been relatively free of moments where he would take major damage. Meaning that, all in all, it's not completely unimaginable for his clothing to mostly stay the same, beside the possible change in fabric after repairs take place. *So far*, at least.
If I remember correctly, Subaru once adjusted his butler uniform since they didn't have any in his size when he started working, so I think he's capable of repairing his clothes

A lot of the OPs/EDs of Re:Zero have a similar style to what myth&roid does (myth&roid made straight bet, styx helix, paradisus paradoxum, theater D all of which occur in re:zero)

If you're an asian you could watch it at youtube at muse asia (legally), if not then you can watch it at crunchyroll, hulu etc. If either option are not valid, according to your condition, you could watch it illegally at gogoanime or kissanime (If you don't mind some ad)
