Equalise at the surface just before you dive and then equalize as you're descending and feel it. The greatest pressure change is in the first 10 metres. 🙂🐬
I usually just hold mu nose until i reach the bottom. And equalizer as i go because the pressure changes constantly.I think this is better than to equalize every few metters because you don't let a lot of pressure build up.Staying as relaxed as you can is crucial in conserving oxygen and letting a lot of pressure build up is uncomfortable.

The deeper you go the more compressed the air in your lungs becomes shrinking its volume and decreasing your buoyancy. Also the water pressure above you rises.

I’ve free dived 10 metres before. It’s really fun, but remember to blow out through your ears as u go down to equalise the pressure in your ears
Hey, i am new at free-diving. How many times should I blow out through my ears? Once or?

Is it possible for you to pinch the nose and swallow? And also what time should you equalize every 3 feet?
That was smooth, real good job!

did you feel contractions?
Question, i new in freediving. Should i equilzer at 3 or 4 meters or just when need it?

Awesome! I wish I have free diving fins……. That’s cool bro. 😍🥰
I have the same fins, they're the cressi modular ld fins. Good entry level fins. I use them for spear fishing!

5 tom 10 meters is easy, its after 15, that it starts to get tough, my deepest was close to 20, but i managed to stay 2 minutes under...

Si no tienes congestión es una buena soplada en superficie y luego mover tu mandíbula lateralmente de manera continua durante toda la inmersión👌
wow! :-o
I can go only half as deep! And that already hurts!!
You have to equalize
Next time you try it pinch your nose and blow as you're going down. You should feel the pressure release from your ears.
Are you sure this is 10m? Damn then I've been diving to 20 xD
Real
When I go down to 5m, my ears start hurting. If I go to 10m they will blow up
Thats true they will blow up if you dont equalize your ears
Love this!
Beautiful :)
Looks more like a 7-8 meters to me. It also about my max depth when freediving.

How did you manage to stay on the bottom without a weight belt?
As you go more in the deep, the pressure is pushing you down. You are falling like a rock then.
@@lukab.6101it’s not pushing down, it just compresses all the gas in your body including the air in your lungs, making you less buoyant
At 10m you become negatively buoyant.
