I’ve been in a huge slump, I hardly ever play anymore. I’ve never been a mechanical/skill guy, just positioning and soccer logic. I’ve gone from diamond 3 to diamond 1 over my few sessions the last 3 resets. I say this just to say I pulled a super smooth “squishy save” the other day and seeing these plat 3s flip over it gave me a good lol and feel not so bad about where I am in rank.

Picked it back up and stayed D3 for years, idk what happened this last time other than just taking time off. I don’t want to be that guy but I’ve had a lot of bad luck w/ my randoms. I know like a year ago during placement matches I lost 8/10 of my placements because of teammates DC’ing or quitting after first goal. That was a hard grind back to D3, don’t think I’ve been that high ever since. But like I said, maybe 4-6 games a week average, not really time to improve

He’s retired because TH-cam pays way better than rlcs. He’d rather chill out a bit and enjoy it. He still gets to play with and against pro players and can get a full time income off working a very small amount
He is more likely even more knowledgeable than any current pro player, but younger players have shorter reaction times, so it's not fair to play younger players, that's science.. He won it too, so nothing to proof. I think he is doing the right thing
Squishy is good, but he's not on the level of the current pros Yes he beat falcons in one twos match here, but he wouldnt do it in a bo7, and saying he can beat TRK in a showmatch 1v1 is a bit crazy ngl Even players like FirstKiller, Nass, ApparentlyJack are struggling in RLCS. Squishy is no where near a top 10 player atm
Yep Squishy it was hard to follow the flow of the game with all that FF and RW you was doing. I don't mind the talking alot. We expect that high quality Squishy voice. Maybe let us watch the game and then go back & explain the highlights. 👍

Their peak is actually ridiculous, they have a much weaker mental then other teams like G2 or BDS though which costs them a lot And if you are on twitter you even see players like Retals/GarretG talking about how the story of Falcons having identical twins playing professionally at the highest level at a competitive esport is just a really good 'story' - It's just kind of insane
13:00 you're giving yourself way too much credit, this was a defensive misplay from TRK. jumping off the sidewall was a mistake. it might be valid positioning initially, but once you get rid of the ball and commit to the bump, the ball isn't fast (nor slow). he can avoid the bump and make the save by grounding and avoiding you. principled defense is/was rare. besides calling airdribble cringe beautiful is a not take.
