Here’s my five tips for you in any branch:
-Be on time
-Be in right uniform
-Be in right place
-Know what you do
-Pass your physical test
Do these five and your military life is more relaxing than working 9-5 job.
I’ve been watching some of your videos. As an old Navy guy, than a successful business person for 30 years I know a smart guy when I see one. Your attitude, advice, and the way you run your life is always spot on. I’m an old white guy, you’re a young African American, we probably come from pretty different backgrounds, but I’ll tell you one thing, you’re one of the smartest guys on the tube and you’re giving great advice to anyone smart enough to to take it. You and anyone who follows your advice, either in the military or not, will go far in life. You are also a great entertainer, give good messages with humor and without profanity, love it!

Yo do a vid on the cuts in the navy after boot camp & how to stack up vacation days . Good lookin b . Fwtv
good stuff. some other pro tips...when you are cranking,kinda move around from like salad prep to like the scullery every week or so.you can't avoid breakouts,but putting on a foul weather jacket and going down to the reefers is better than being stuck on a ladder. after your fsa hitch is up,do not expect to work in your rate.that is time for quals! after you qual up,and work in your shop for a year or so,this sounds dumb but it works is; get an extra duty like haz mat p.o. or electric safety p.o. whatever. and the skate time starts.looks good on evals and resume' but you really just waiting on line...and thats when you can really work on your esws or wings.don't forget your qual book wherever you go! fire party or r & a is a great way to fast track your pin. damage control and 3m are the kings of qual. after you crush them, you earned some respect and skate time, lol plus nobody fucks with you when it comes time for liberty call. bet.

What tripped me out was folks wearing the esws pins and did not know shit,i never got one,b/c it was who i know back then,but as a BM2,i was divo qualified on AS-33,in one year cleared 12 subs,14 surface ships,had a helluva crew.

Allen Stewart lml thats crazy my last name is Stewart too. But yea it depends, but when i talked to my recruiter the first few times i made sure he knew i wanted to leave soon, but it also helped that where i live not many people enlist so i was able to leave like a little over a month. But they often will offer a bonus to leave earlier than planned. Hope that helped.
