I'm currently using a Nokia 7.2 which I bought nearly 4 years ago. Sadly, there are no more security updates available for this Android 11, so I'm looking for a new phone. I've never used anything but Nokia phones. I bought N9 just as they were closing down the mobile business, skipped the Lumia-phase entirely and used N9 for five years, until I was able to buy the next proper Nokia phone. My N9 even recovered nicely from a bath in the waching machine. A clear sign of being a Nokia-owner is this: When you drop your phone on the floor, your first instict is to check if the phone made a mark on your wooden floor 😁
@@juholuomala8414 My husband worked in the development of N9 so of course I had to buy the phone. I loved it dearly, it was just the right size. The next phone after that felt gigantic.
I think it's Ok-ish for day to day use for people who are not into playing mobile games but doing generic things like browsing, watching netflix, youtube etc etc, great review
@@ashdoestech just was thinking of the durability of self repair as a nightmare with any network got that free battery thing but don't want a factory reset phone coming back lol

@@princemo2040 Yes, like it. Take videos of family, on holiday and just in general. Quality of pic's etc is good for what i need. I use it to fly a drone, does it well very clear. If that is your situation I would highly recommend another Nokia model called XR20 or the newer one XR21 but I would still go for XR20 since it's a bit cheaper by now,and if you got that beast you don't have to worry any more ...you will be a worry free mom!
It's ok but a bit bland looking. I'm not sure 5G is essential for the kind of people who go for budget phones, whenever I've actually managed to get a signal the main noticeable effect has been my battery level dropping at about double its usual rate. I'd guess that for people looking for "just a phone" a Moto G14,or even G13 would do the job, eBay and a bit of patience will get you even the later model for around £100 new
I agree, it's pretty decent but you can definitely get an equivalent or something better for less. I picked up a regular Pixel 6 for just £20 more and aside from battery life, it's miles better in every way!
I have a motorola G54 5g and the battery drains so fast so I'm looking for another budget phone but I don't know if I want another 5g phone so would you know if I bought a 5g phone and turned off the 5g will it have the same battery drain as a 4g phone.
G42 5G is not perfect for high end graphics game, like bgmi or call of duty It will crush at the middle of the game , Don't buy it if you love to play high end graphics game
I have a 3 years old poco, still beats many "high end phones" in every day use, and it was dirt cheap. I bought it just to see how bad it was (since back then it was the cheapest handset with decent specs) but it was a killer unit, just keeps going.
@stesrad I know right, iPhone is sad but the Nokia 400g am using right now is just horrible. I can't take pictures and my max fps when gaming is 30-45 with freezing. I just got this phone 3 days ago. Never again 😞
@stesradThe Nokia is an awesome phone if you don't use it for games. I am a gamer so it's really important to save good ping and fps. Thank you for understanding though
My first Nokia was 5G but it had insane things happening to it after 5 months of having it. My 6G one am using right now is okay. My camera is barely working. It runs games at 20-60 fps but every 1-2 minutes it freezes for 17 seconds. There a huge spot on screen even though there is no damage to the screen. My 6G wifi only works for small things like text and TH-cam and phone call. But the battery is insanely good. Only 1 charge a day. But over all please do not buy NOKIA pls try smt els my friend. Don't get scammed ⛔⛔😢@@Harsh12351
