    What about a voice for all the thousands of people in Mary Ruth same situation (significant debt) who didn't catch lightening in a bottle and discover a multimillion dollar business. Why are most of videos on youtube about outlier success stories. Maybe I should create podcast to interview people who lost almost everything and their lessons learned.

    • @FoundrStories
      @FoundrStories  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Point well-taken. While success stories can be inspiring, it's also essential to acknowledge and learn from the experiences of those who faced significant challenges and setbacks!

    • @ReasonablySpeaking9808

      I disagree. I think he is a good listener. He doesn’t interrupt her and we get the benefit of hearing her thoughts in its fullness. Plus, she didn’t need a hype person to get her going. He was pleasantly respectful and he asked very good business-provoked questions. Everything doesn’t have to be hyped up for entertainment. This was a good business review interview.

    Really? She was making a choice between marrying for love or money, sorry but that sounded very shallow to me.

    • @KlaasVictor
      @KlaasVictor 2 ปีที่แล้ว +10

      I think it was a choice between survival (she was 700k in debt) and purpose.

      I loved the whole interview, but this also sounded horrible to me. I'm very confident it was the phrasing she used. I'm pretty sure she would not share this if the other guy was actually a serious thing. I kind of got the feeling of what she meant, that is how your partner can help you or be more aligned with your purpose.
