As a Nigerian, I'm impressed to know that there could be another way to drink this instead of our normal soakings. Thos of you that are condemning it pls stop it, its either you learn or you pass dont be a hater. Dont even say she stole the recipe, cos Ghanaians have lots of foods in their menu,no even try and argue with me. By the way, this looks like koko(porridge) one of my favorites then i use as breakfast. Kudos dear
I'm Ghanaian. My grandma who was schooled in St. Monica's ( asante mampong) used to cook this for us. She would be 105 years if she was still around. Thanks for the reminder of this interesting meal.
Wow. I am a Nigerian and I have never seen anybody soak Garri like this. We either make it in a solid form called Eba and eat it with soup or we soak it straight away with either room temperature or cold water with groundnut(peanut), milk and other things as the person prefers. This is something I would like to try.
I tells you, this method is so weird... I literally wanted to weep for the garri...lol.. anyways, I love the new update to my garri knowledge bank, lol... It was a nice video...
