💥 I'd like to wish a HUGE WELCOME BACK to all the tourists/residents/citizen of the UK and the UNITED STATES with the recent news. I hope to meet some of you and have a cold one! CHEERS! 🍻💥
Calle La Palma is the heart of Carnival, the most popular celebration in Cádiz with groups singing satiric and funny songs (chirigotas, comparsas and coros). It's placed at the Barrio de la Viña, one of the most famous sites in Cádiz. My grandma lived at the house with the Virgin picture. In 1755 there was a seaquake and the population prayed to the virgin to stop the waves... and there it gone, the waves stopped at that point were the picture is located . The bridge where you dived it's called "Puente canal" and there was a time when little boats of La Caleta passed through it when they go fishing.
Disfruta
yes, i remember in the other video you said that there is something similar to cuba in cadiz and i could see it in this video for sure, those streets. 💥
In 2015 I went to Costa Rica for 2 months to live with a host family and study Spanish. It was intensive but life changing. Ever since then, I was able to really study independently by internet classes, listening to music, reading, etc. The most important and effective way I learned was of course talking to locals by traveling. So I've been to Costa Rica 5 times and I would go in between semesters during college. In 2019 I felt I wasn't improving enough I wanted to improve a lot so I found my job here in Spain knowing I would be able to live for an extended period of time.. 20 months later and my Spanish knowledge is light years ahead of what I ever thought it would be. I could use it in a professional job back in the United States, but I'd love to just keep making videos and exploring the Spanish speaking world. th-cam.com/video/UddERb0ThHw/w-d-xo.html Here is a video on my goals and plans with the channel.
Yes the water was warm.. Warmer than I thought (because the Atlantic is colder) but when you jump in like that, it's more of a adrenaline rush so you don't feel it as much.

Gracias

Already miss the sand from the beaches, way rougher and stickier in Costa del Sol. Seems like Marbella has got some visitors now 😺
