- this canvas was part of a promotional package from outdoor tide. everything was perfect but it was extremely light on glue and unworkable. if you have any issues with your canvases, please notify customer support for a replacement, refund, or credit.

I’m so sorry that painting wasn’t sticky enough. That’s so sad because it was really cute. Not sure if you know this but you can use a product called Dotz Stick by Diamond Dotz to make the canvas more sticky. It works great. I know how frustrating it can be when a painting isn’t sticky enough. Take care. Hugs!!❤❤

@@christinewillis9069 hi. I think I did the right thing. It was worthless without glue and I save too much stuff. I regret the last one cause I could a color swapped the drills, lesson learned, but no stick... I'm done. Hada go. I'm glad you find my experience helpful in yours. (If I hadn't laid down drills... I suggest you get yourself a bottle of dotz stick made by diamond dots so you can fix the canvases and still be able to complete them ..tfs..hugs

Bummer. 😕. I juat had one drom them as well, that Im using for an event, that I literally applies new poured glue (Dotz Stick) to the entire canvas!! 🤦♀️. So frustrating!! The cockatiels were really cute. 😁💜👍🏻
@@Diamondsandstuff-tm6ux hi. Sorry you got a bad one, too. I seen how they paint the glue on them. Easy to miss a spot but this was everywhere. I'm not buying glue. If a company wants me to test... I got the little girl in black on the old world building stairs. I was close to saving the canvas but I don't need problems. They hurt. It had to go. Hugs.
I would have just gotten a can of adhesive and made it sticky again.

Oh no, I'm so sorry that the glue was no good..I love the birds, they are so cute..there are products that you can use to help with the stick..❤❤❤

It should've been right . No way I'd go about adding adhesive whether you paid for it or it was a promo .

Sorry you had an issue with your canvas. I liked the image also because I used to have 3 cockateils. Hopefully the other one will be better. 🥰

You cam use the rest of the diamonds for other paintings. You don't need to trash them all.

It's to bad about the canvas, you could have saved the drills to deco something else. I deco stuff from the dollar store.
