    Thank you for this important video. Very educational. Can you please tell me can i use brine from cucumber to ferment milk? And to make starter for sourdough?

      @najmabegum5789 Thank you for such a nice comment. I know about sourdough starter with sauerkraut brine. I did not try to make milk fermented with brine, but it worth trying. I know if raw natural milk leave for a day or two in a room temperature it will be fermented by itself. I do this all the time. (it is almost like kefir/yogurt)
