Consciousness: A Bahá’í Perspective

Join us this Thursday as Dr. Kamran Sedig examines the fundamental, yet challenging, concept of consciousness. He will correlate the Bahá’í concept of consciousness with those from philosophy, mathematics, psychology, and physics. Understanding this concept is fundamental to a proper view of human nature. Ideas from different sources will be brought together to help with an understanding and appreciation of the profundity of what consciousness is.
Dr. Kamran Sedig is a professor at Western University, Canada. His research is interdisciplinary, at the crossroads of computing, informatics, applied cognitive science, and human-centered design of tools for thought.
