Anyone who says it's easy you should not take serious. It is real work. Lots of grinding, long hours, and tons of trial and error. The education alone on what you need to know takes years. There is nothing at all east about it unless you're getting a highly sought after item in bulk for infinity and it's costing you next to nothing. If those parameters aren't met, then there is nothing easy about it. I personally don't know anyone getting iPhones or gold bars for cheap in bulk, because that's the kind of thing you'd need to happen for this hustle to be easy. If it was easy literally everyone would do it.

You are 100% correct. When I first started reselling I watched a video by Craigslist Hunter. He mentioned that selling something for $8 profit is the same amount of work as selling something for $800 profit... that is when I made up my mind to not sell anything under $100 profit at the time. Nowadays I make a minimum $165 profit but for example today I made $200 profit from a single sale.

What hasn’t been mentioned is: Ebay’s 10% Fee. The fact that you always want to have the buyer pay for postage. And thirdly that the postage label might be a little costly. So the product has to have a good profit margin. I would love to start this but starting is hard. Vinted has honestly been much easier.
Ebay's fee's are at 12 to 13 percent per item. There is also a promoted fee that can run at whatever you choose. Some of the items just to get them sold run u to 25 percent of your item. They also charge a fee on shipping and on the taxes you pay.
Label should already be printed from home, it's cheaper, so once you get to the post office you can drop it off in the bin or hand it over at the counter and they'll give you a receipt
I used to want to resell used items, but the hassle is not worth the money and it's people's junk. You don't know how long it will keep working before it stops and people ask for money back. Not worth ratings and ruining your reputation.

Had to keep this vid under a minute, but to answer your questions - I always click "sell similar" on an existing listing, so the category is automatically selected. eBay also offers auto descriptions now, but I usually just touch on condition notes and anything the buyer should know about the product - like if it's scratched up or etc. I turn on global shipping on all listings, so that reaches internationally
If it doesn't sell within a couple of days you're probably asking too much money or you're not getting a lot of views on your listings I normally make a sale every couple days

In the description don’t write a paragraph of what you have put bullet points and make sure you put the specs of the item because nobody wants to read a paragraph.
