He justifies attacks on Hinduism only and not other religions as he is a Hindu and the majority are Hindus. I think his logic is flawed because in that case he should term his aim as " Hindu Samooga Needhi" and not just "Samooga Needhi" as other religions are also part of the samoogam. Again he justifies cutting of the poonols ( sacred thread) of Brahmins and calls it a soft retaliation ( menmurai and not vanmurai). This is plain wrong as all Brahmins are not responsible for repression and they should have targeted only those Brahmins who had harmed the lower castes. Again the sacred thread may not mean anything to rationalists but means a lot to Brahmins and cutting it off is not soft retaliation. If I get a chance in that program, I have a lot of questions to corner him.
