Here’s my honest opinion: They all improved overall in rap, dance, and singing. I also thought the production value definitely went up, also their makeup and hair is amazing and they had a MAJOR glow up and I love it! However, whoever mixed the music messed up again. They could’ve added more layers, and more chances for even more harmonies and sharpness and they missed that mark. It’s doesn’t sound as full as it could.
I agree. I listened to it, I found out about these girls from their controversy and while I’m not a fan I’m happy to see that they’re improving, and I felt like the song didn’t hook me because it felt less full than it should. Overall, it’s leaps better than Your Turn, and I’m glad to at least see that something good (their friendship with Johnny) managed to come from their debut.
I definitely think KAACHI needs a chance y'all. It's clear that they've been working hard to improve, this is a big step up from Your Turn! My favorite parts are the raps, Dani and Chunseo slaying! And as someone from Spain I'm really really happy that they sang in Spanish too!

I’m glad that they’re doing better now and wish them happiness and success.

I thought maybe they were at first I'm not gonna lie, but tbh they're really not, they've improved a lot, and I think that they're doing great and if that's what they love to do I don't see why people should hate on them when they aren't hurting anyone. Their new song reminds me of something SNSD would have done if they were trying to do a more dark/elegant song (Mr. Mr. and The Boys). SNSD would usually sing parts in a lower pitch to show off the deeper ranges of the member's voices that fit the concept of the songs (like the intro of Genie). The girls don't always seem to be singing in keys or ranges that don't necessarily show off the best qualities of their voices for this concept, especially in the chorus. If the chorus pitch was a bit lower, the girls could probably deliver the lines more comfortably in a "stronger" way that hits a lot harder (similar to the critiques Johnny made for the chorus in their last song). I realize part of this is also vocal training and producer related, but some of the delivery of the lines could be helped by that. Note: I'm not a pop singer, I just am a choir kid. The logic for the above part is based on the idea that you wouldn't expect an alto to sing in a high range and deliver it the same way a soprano would (and vice versa). That's not to say they can't do it, but it might not be as comfortable because they may not have as much vocal control in those ranges. Also, this just might be me, but I think Kaachi could really pull off a heavier electronic/dance/dubstep sound similar to Everglow. I think it would be cool to see them do a song like that, especially knowing most of these girls have a strong dance background.
Honestly, about the "snap, snap, snap" part in the dance break...maybe this was a bit too loud (im not an expert but since you said it xD), but personnally, this was literally perfect ! I love that part and it would honestly be something i would imagine to see in a song from senior idols with dark concepts, which are my favoutite btw so obviously i liked this concept !
Personally I think that the song has a good Rhythm , the chorus is good. But in the chorus, someone sounds Non-harmonized with the others. Anyway, I liked the song, and I'm not a professional critique, so my opinion could be wrong.

I totally 100% agree with you but I just want to say that in London and in the UK in general there aren’t as many dance studios that you can just go to, unlike in Korea. You have to already be a member of the staff there or be participating in a dance class. And the ones which aren’t like that are very very rare. This is why they had less training then Kpop idols, simply because the UK doesn’t offer these facilities.

Kaachi new song is so good✨ The concept is much better, the camera's and video improved a lot, vocals are pretty good, and the dance is really good, and they are very cordinated

Honestly maybe once it’s safer they could find an agency or instructors/producers in Korea to work with the girls so that they can further their progress. They’re definitely getting better but an extra push wouldn’t be too bad.
The outfit and make up isn’t what’s wrong for me but, the videography and editing seemed rushed, the transitions were awkward and the video seemed like a raw file with minimum editing done. I think the girls aren’t the problem anymore but the production itself.

The vocal production is bothering me a looot. It makes me kind of mad that the song has so much potential and I don't doubt that all of these girls can sing, but when the vocal production is bad , it just drags the whole song down like it did in their previous song. And even if the mv was really nice, if the song doesn't match up it's just a waste in my opinion. The quality of the song is what matters the most after all. Whoever edits/mixes their vocals, I'm sorry, but they need to get someone else. If they do so, I would definitely listen to their music. Really not trying to be mean to anyone here, I'm a hobby producer myself and I know it's a struggle to build the needed skills. But if it's not good enough, work on it. It's a waste of a song that could have been really good.

i haven’t gotten through the video yet, but in my own opinion, everything from the vocals, to the song production, to the mv itself was a huge step up. the only “issue” i found with it is that at times (like during the “snap snap snap” part), it seems that there’s a lack of power or commitment in their voices. this is something that’ll obviously improve with time, but as of now, i felt like parts of the song kind of fell flat. other than that, it’s really impressive how everyone improved so much and i’m excited to see them continue to do so. edit: also dani is literally glowing i don’t know how i forgot to mention her astronomical improvements

Their new song reminds me of something SNSD would have done if they were trying to do a more dark/elegant song (Mr. Mr. and The Boys). SNSD would usually sing parts in a lower pitch to show off the deeper ranges of the member's voices that fit the concept of the songs (like the intro of Genie).
The girls don't always seem to be singing in keys or ranges that don't necessarily show off the best qualities of their voices for this concept, especially in the chorus. If the chorus pitch was a bit lower, the girls could probably deliver the lines more comfortably in a "stronger" way that hits a lot harder (similar to the critiques Johnny made for the chorus in their last song). I realize part of this is also vocal training and producer related, but some of the delivery of the lines could be helped by that.
Note: I'm not a pop singer, I just am a choir kid. The logic for the above part is based on the idea that you wouldn't expect an alto to sing in a high range and deliver it the same way a soprano would (and vice versa). That's not to say they can't do it, but it might not be as comfortable because they may not have as much vocal control in those ranges.
Also, this just might be me, but I think Kaachi could really pull off a heavier electronic/dance/dubstep sound similar to Everglow. I think it would be cool to see them do a song like that, especially knowing most of these girls have a strong dance background.

Honestly, about the "snap, snap, snap" part in the dance break...maybe this was a bit too loud (im not an expert but since you said it xD), but personnally, this was literally perfect ! I love that part and it would honestly be something i would imagine to see in a song from senior idols with dark concepts, which are my favoutite btw so obviously i liked this concept !

Personally I think that the song has a good Rhythm , the chorus is good. But in the chorus, someone sounds Non-harmonized with the others. Anyway, I liked the song, and I'm not a professional critique, so my opinion could be wrong.

Personally I feel like they can have all the chance they want like i see their potential but i just wish they wouldnt call themselves Kpop because what makes Kpop what it is, are the days the idols spend as trainees and the hardcore training they do and Kaachi just lived in Korea for like 3 months? I totally 100% agree with you but I just want to say that in London and in the UK in general there aren’t as many dance studios that you can just go to, unlike in Korea. You have to already be a member of the staff there or be participating in a dance class. And the ones which aren’t like that are very very rare. This is why they had less training then Kpop idols, simply because the UK doesn’t offer these facilities.

it's definitely better! i liked the concept quite a bit more than the last, although i still didn't like it too much. some parts of the song sounded unfinished like you said, and it's definitely not something i would listen to more than once. i feel like the m/v was on the right track this time, but it seemed kinda off to me, idk why. maybe the makeup, outfits, acting, whatever.

Honestly maybe once it’s safer they could find an agency or instructors/producers in Korea to work with the girls so that they can further their progress. They’re definitely getting better but an extra push wouldn’t be too bad.
The outfit and make up isn’t what’s wrong for me but, the videography and editing seemed rushed, the transitions were awkward and the video seemed like a raw file with minimum editing done. I think the girls aren’t the problem anymore but the production itself.

The vocal production is bothering me a looot. It makes me kind of mad that the song has so much potential and I don't doubt that all of these girls can sing, but when the vocal production is bad , it just drags the whole song down like it did in their previous song. And even if the mv was really nice, if the song doesn't match up it's just a waste in my opinion. The quality of the song is what matters the most after all. Whoever edits/mixes their vocals, I'm sorry, but they need to get someone else. If they do so, I would definitely listen to their music.

i haven’t gotten through the video yet, but in my own opinion, everything from the vocals, to the song production, to the mv itself was a huge step up.
the only “issue” i found with it is that at times (like during the “snap snap snap” part), it seems that there’s a lack of power or commitment in their voices.
this is something that’ll obviously improve with time, but as of now, i felt like parts of the song kind of fell flat.
other than that, it’s really impressive how everyone improved so much and i’m excited to see them continue to do so.
