Cover was lovely as always :) I empathise with your social anxiety completely, I find I retreat within myself when involved in group conversation because I don't want to be that person who dominates the conversation, but then I fall into the trap of not contributing and then get anxious about being too quiet, which then spirals into deeper levels of anxiety. Anyway, glad you're finding ways to work through yours. Let me know how it goes! xx

Sometimes though your right, completely unintentionally, it'll come across as??? rude? - to say it politely? lol :-). Hey was recently watching a TED talk? on the topic and I thought it was obvious (obviously not for a whole lot of millennials ?)... in those situations where your meeting people you don't know, just smile and simply say " Hello " (remember 99.99% of strangers are just like you - harmless complicated creatures looking for a connection of some sort too ).
