The way to replicate this is to play past the senet game. If you win and then start new run the game will make you lose, If you lose and then start a new run the game will make you win. The work around for it was to delete save files after each reset if the run got past senet. Not sure what causes it but it's repliccable. Maybe even loading a save past Senet and then starting a new run could make this happen. Again the outcome would depend if the save file had won or lost edit: saw the newer video after this and YEP
@Footi Weird issue, but you're absolutely correct here; although I did manage to get it to work just fine by rebooting the game and could play through normally without deleting my savegames. Trxye looked into why this happens and it's because the Senet variables don't get reset properly after being played, so when the Senet is replayed, it doesn't it behave as intended. He explained it far better than I did, but it's in the tomp4 chat of the Discord channel. xP
