Just did the same exhaust on my B5 S4, thanks for posting this. A lot of the DIYs on the forums have dried up/pictures don't work anymore. Just a tip for anyone else doing this; take a cutoff wheel and cut around 1.5"-2" off the midpipe where it meets the clamps that connect it to the cats. Fixes all the fitment issues👍 Awesome sounding catback for only $400 (!)
i guess im randomly asking but does someone know of a tool to log back into an instagram account?? I was stupid forgot the login password. I would love any assistance you can give me!
@Dean Jerome Thanks so much for your reply. I got to the site on google and I'm trying it out now. Takes quite some time so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
Don't need to remove the transmission to remove the stock downpipes. Just did mine. Takes a while but can be done with no problem. And I used xs power downpipes for a 6 speed on my tip. Very minor modification to get them in. But again you CAN get the stock downpipes out with the transmission in.
Were you able to confirm it’s truly a dual 2.5” exhaust all the way through? Meaning it’s 2.375” inside diameter of each tube and doesn’t get smaller inside the muffler. Thanks!

@Dean Jerome it worked and I now got access to my account again. I'm so happy!
Thank you so much you saved my ass !
@Beau Landon no problem :)
I lowered the back portion of the sub frame. And got new bolts and torqued them. Really easy to remove the down pipes with out pulling the trans

Underrated channel
Channel Locks work great on those rubber exhaust hangers. Nice video!
Good to know! I actually just bought the Schwaben tool to remove exhaust hangers and it looks awesome
Where did you buy this exhaust?
you have a link for the ssac twin 1 ?
Wait untill you get rid of the cats it will sound epic, mines running just the rear box no cats and sounds unreal
Yeah I can't wait!
Yeah I think your suspension needs changing, struts are probably leaking
So your car is popping with the APR tune?
Only a little bit, nothing compared to an actual pop tune but there were some minor quiet pops
Twin 1 ftw :D
The suspension shouldn't sqeak, ol girl probably needs struts.
