Cardio Drumming: Informational Video (Multiple Viewer Requests)

This has been requested of me more than a few times. It is an informational video on Cardio Drumming. The main talking points are equipment, song selection and creating a routine. Please note, I make these videos in one take (I am not good at video editing Lol!!!) so there are a couple of fun mishaps and a surprise guest appearance by one of our other P.E. Coaches :) This video is longer than usual, but I hope you all can get some good information from it!!!
