    I stumbled upon your videos yesterday. As an exercise physiologist that works with the very deconditioned population, I love them! With this video in particular I thought about all the benefits this would provide people with Parkinson's Disease. I forwarded it on to my colleagues that deal with that terrible disease. Keep up the excellent content!

      @@PaulEugene when I took this class at a PE conference in the Bronx, I perspired so much that they had to give me a shirt to go home! It was like African drums, strength training, and aerobics all into one. My take away to share is, do things while you think of it. The instructor of my drums class gave me two balls and sticks because I stayed and helped her clean up. She was a survivor. I emailed her a thank you, but when I unpacked my ball and sticks here, I wrote her an old fashioned note......sorry to say, her Mom responded that she was no longer with us. Note to self and others....get it done when it crosses your mind. Tick tock.... 🕊️
