Samy Galí Piano I created my own method for doing this that is fairly involved and really hard to explain. You may have better luck coming up with your own solution by just searching the internet and getting creative. Let me know if you figure out something easy!

when you first do the verse you play an octave higher than the second time, does that matter? and it seems like you play an octave-ish lower the first time you run through the chorus, does that matter? (legit I'm just curious)
