I've enjoyed this flow so much! Doing so many backbends one after the other had their effect: for the first time I was able to reach over my head and take hold of my toes. I didn't expect that at all, what a lovely surprise 😅 thank you so much!! 🙏

Ah, this is so lovely to hear. I am really pleased that you were able to deepen your backend comfortably. Thank you for being here xx

You're back!!! I was thrilled when I saw a video of yours pop up on my homepage. And I see you have other new videos on your channel, I'm looking forward to trying them all! Your flows have a really unique feel, this one being no exception. Really glad to see you putting out videos again, thank you for sharing these flows~
I wonder if someday you might make a video teaching chin stand and/or progressions leading up to chin stand. It's a pose I haven't encountered much in other videos around youtube, and I have given it a try when you teach it, but I haven't gotten it to make sense for me. Any tips?😁

Another amazing flow! I am not someone who usually enjoys backbends as the "king" versions are beyond my flexibility, but I modified those and loved the tempo and creativity (as usual). Thank you for being so generous 🙏💓

Thank you for coming along for the ride, despite not loving the theme. Shows strength. I'd be like...nah. haha. xx

Your flows are really creative and I do enjoy them and thank you. However, a commercial every 3-5 minutes is a little over the top and really makes it difficult to get into a good breath pattern and go deep into the movements. I spend a lot of the time just mentally dreading the next commercial.

Hey Danielle, thank you for taking the time to comment. Unfortunately I have no power over ads until I reach a viewing milestone. Then I can turn them off altogether. It’s such a bummer. TH-cam cash in on popular vids that haven’t reached a certain level. I appreciate your support though - please keep watching and then I can turn them all off :) x 🙏😀

Awww. Sorry to hear that. I will keep on watching them and wish you much luck in getting to the point where the ads can go away, or at least be decreased.

@@ThuThu-fx5bv Heya - it’s my style of teaching as I like to really warm the body up for the big poses and you can also see your progression though the practice :)
