I went to Busan in South Korea some time ago for an activity. I ate and drank there for three days. After I came back, I still wanted to eat Korean food.Today, I made a Stir-fried Spicy Chicken, which many people must eat when travel to South Korea. It has meat, vegetables and staple food. According to the way Koreans like to eat, it is very satisfying when the meat is finished and then fried. It looks like a soup less hot pot, very suitable for sharing with friends and family.

2 chicken leg
100g mungbean sprout
200g cabbage
1 potato
1 sweet potato
1/4 white Onions
150g article rice cakes
2 tbsp Korean chilli sauce
1 tbsp Korean chilli powder
2 clove of garlic
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp perilla oil
1 tbsp honey
75g Mozzarella cheese
3 Spring Onions
