i‘m sitting here crying like a baby because for the frog and of the ending. i‘m still very excited to play this game when its here but i def. will cry again. the ending was the most heartbreaking scene ever.
they did this game so well. its so beautiful and pure. one of the best games i‘ve ever saw!

I just realized that the things that were standing in the screen 49:42 are actually all of Ori’s friends that helped him and gave him side quests during his journey

The ending hit me hard... REALLY hard... I did not expect that outcome. It seems Ori has come to a conclusion, although the ending does hint for another game or even a prequel in the franchise before the spirit tree. But I doubt they'll make another, very sad.
I don't think this is end of the Nibel/Niwen story, but it is the end of Ori's story.
I think if they kept Ori then they would be restricted by a bit on what they can show from the world. Maybe this end can start a new beginning on another adventure. What is that adventure? We have no clue what ideas they might have and that is the fun of it.
@@thecommentor3845 I completely agree. This ending does conclude Ori's journey from Nibel to Niwen, but it doesn't tell us its the ending for good. Maybe there would be a game lifetimes later and how they all remember Ori, and the story shifts to a different character, but who that may be we don't know. Only time will tell.
i would prefer to keep that ending intact, ori sacrifice its own life to revive ku and restore the land, they all grow up and die together by older age, thats a great ending
and making more sequels just remember what happened to terminator and the metal gear franchises, they went to shit

I don't think I can play this game. I'd be too distracted by how flawless the art is, and all time I spend gawking at the backgrounds will be the death of me.
Hardest Escape: Sandworm. tried gajillion times to finished..
Hardest Boss: Hands down, Mora. The longest, most frustating boss fight, as well the coolest and most enjoyable aspect of the game IMO.

You can easily kill kwolok and mora just by using the fire cannon ability or somethin just..... Try it

It depends on what you bring for the battle, with the bow or the cannon it is quite easy but with other weapons it can be a bit more harder, for example, I didnt use the bow for Shriek and I spent a lot of time to do it
I'M VERY HAPPY, SAD, TOUCHED, RELIEVED, IN THE SAME TIME
These boss fights all look very stunning and I’m not trying to spoil myself too much so that I am able to play this game. But I wanted to just focus on the giant spider (Mora) in particular. Visually it is spectacular looking but it is kind of a shame that the sound just isn’t there from the beginning, especially for this video. I notice in other people’s games that when Mora screams or shrieks, it does not sound as menacing as it did in the E3 2019 trailer, I mean they even made sounds for when the pedipalps of the spider move and twitch about. I am hopeful and I am also aware that Moon Studios is working hard on that and get the bugs fixed for this bug you fight. No story is complete without the sound quality to meet. At least that’s how I look at it.

I like how you are not a skilled player showing off and that you have many flaws to what you do but that makes it more original as you dont know what to do most of the time.
Now ones gonna talk about klowolks battle he didn't try to shoot back any of the projectiles ? In the black ones he can't but the others he can I thought he didn't get the power to do that but I remembered u need it to get to there
He/She should do that in any boss battle in the game when there is a boss fight that allows you to do that

First time I play this game it's awesome.
Kwolok is weak against the Spear attack. He will get stunned and you can land more extra attacks.

I completely agree with you. This is the perfect ending. In my opinion they made everything better that could be better in the first one. Storytelling was top and it got the ending it deserves. It can't get better than this anymore just worse.
They could make something about another spirit. It's proved in this game that there are other lands with a spirit tree each.

So much depends on the developers. If this team keeps making these games I don't forsee what happened to those other franchises happening here. Often what happens is new people come in, who were not there from the start, who don't share the creative spark or emotional connection and passion about these characters or this world in order to make the best game they can, they are concerned more about earning the biggest profit they can by riding the ban wagon of peopularity, not realizing that what makes games like Ori profitable is BECAUSE they are so good.
That said, I do understand where you're coming from. Will of the Wisps, while another outstanding game on an even bigger scale, imo dropped just a little bit in the quality of the story, characters, and some of it's technical aspects (framerate drops) while improving in others compared to Blind Forest so maybe it's a toss up.
I don't know why but i like to compare will of the wisps with hollow knight!

Well, I'll admit it. I'm imagining the music Shriek & Ori to be Nightmare King Grimm's theme, the willow stone music to be the dream warriors theme, and the hornbug's music to be the false knight/failed champion's theme.

I swear Im the only one who beat the worm on the first try...
kinda irks me bash was never used to deflect enemy projectiles to damage the bosses. it would have made the fight much faster, especially in the battles with Mora, Kwolok and Shriek. their projectiles do a lot of damage if deflected back at them. just advice for anyone who needs help beating the bosses :]
on another note, OTWTW is a beautiful game that i found very enjoyable and a huge emotional roller coaster. I recommend it highly.

This game is amazing, but it does suffer from some pretty nasty bugs.
Yeah, I even saw a momentum glitch in RetroSpecter’s livestream
I’ve had audio glitches where the spider boss made no sounds and one where the hit box on an enemy would disappear so he wouldn’t take damage or react to my hits. That was the worst one

Me : spam spear on most of boss. Damn spear is very strong
Yes, and the "shotgun" arrow. Imo it's OP when fully upgraded. You can literally blast through whole boss phases but just standing next to them and spamming arrows. I find it best not to use them or limit myself to the single shot. I get much more out of the boss fights that way.
