Hi Mate Thanks for sharing the video😊 I am a new atto 3 user and there is a disclaimer which is as follows (i tried attaching the photo, but unable to do so in youtube comments)- "Disclaimer 1. Smart Charging (including reservation charging) function is only developed for the AC slow charging equipment distributed by BYD. Owners should turn off this function when using non-BYD certified AC slow charging equipment (including but not limited to public AC charging piles, DC charging piles, and other charging equipment purchased from third parties that are not approved by BYD), which causes the charging equipment to be unresponsive resulting in the inability to make a reservation or charge immediately, resulting in vehicle power loss and insufficient battery power, and we will not assume any responsibility or compensate you....." This disclaimer is a bit concerning for me. I tried googling byd approves chargers and couldnot find any conclusive answers either. Did you ever had any issues with schedule charging Byd using Tesla charger...
Not at all, we did not faced any such issues and the I have had two people in my group where we all used Tesla wall charger to schedule and had no issues.
You said you only get maximum charging speed of 4.2kW, is it because your BYD battery is at 96% capacity and that is why the charging speed has slowed down? Have you tried charging when the battery is low say around 20%?
About the app for control byd I have byd song plus But i can't use the app. Someone told me there's a way for use app by Bluetooth. Is that true ? Can you tell me the ways

If scheduled charge function is a must then maybe consider BYD charger if you are too concerned about the disclaimer from them.
@@EVandThings Thanks a lot mate...Your videos and comments have been very helpful😊

Yes when the charge is low, Tesla wall connector gives around 6.3-6.5 kwh charge
Why i can only get 3kW. Fyi, I'm using 3 phase with 16 Amp setting. Tq
I think for me it’s because I have a solar connected, as when I charge at night I get 6.3 KWH charge rate
About the app for control byd

Unfortunately I won’t be able to verify for the car that you mentioned.
