Be careful about putting essential oils in your facial oil: it makes you more sensitive to the UV rays. Not joking, putting sunscreen is important, whether it's winter or summer. I've never seen zero waste blogger talk about Sun protection tho
As humans we're designed to be in the sun and it's my believe that the constant "protection" from it is leading us to more harm than good. The sun provides us with essential vitamin D and using sunscreens prevents it being absorbed through our skin. I never use sunscreen.
Khutija.C I used to apply sunscreens until it irritates my skin and gives me acne. One suggestion is to hydrate your skin well at the end of the day for restoration purpose. So far I m enjoying the 🌞 (of course not when it is strongest) without too much trouble 😛
Blue Ollis The Ozone has thinned so much that the sun has become dangerous. This has been scientifically proven over and over again. I highly urge you to use sun protection. Skinproction even though that comes with chemicals, plastic waste and perhaps vitamin D defency far outweigh the risk of skin cancer and premature aging..
Also, lavender oil is cytotoxic which means it kills living skin cells. I love natural products but some essential oils are way too irritating to my skin.
You are such a calm person I feel.. wonder if you had met with unpleasant moments or inequity issues at work, and how would such a calm person manage such instances
Thank you. I am a natural introvert and so my nature is to be more grounded and calm. However, that doesn't mean to say that I don't experience intense emotions, even anger. In fact, I often find these emotions incredibly overwhelming and that's one of the main reasons I've cultivated a self-employed status for myself. I know I don't enjoy working in busy environments and I'm much happier (and more successful) working on my own. If you'd like to know how I deal with intense and unpleasant situations, I'd be happy to make a video on it...
Blue Ollis admires your courage to take the first step to self employment which isn’t easy for most people like me.. it really takes a lot to be able to take this path I feel. Yes, would love to see a video in the future on how you handles difficult or unpleasant situations and what eventually motivates you to be self employed. This is the kind of life (carefree) that I always dreamed of.. you are such an inspiration to me!
They have many uses. My one, for example, tones the skin, tightens pores (to prevent breakouts and blackheads), moisturises, calms the skin from irritation, is anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory... amongst other things.

I use a coconut oil, baking soda, and honey daily face wash. Are these ingredients okay? I just started using a green tea facial toner and I use eucerin spf face moisturizer.
Hello beautiful people, just something to think about: Is it really minimalist to use millions (obviously exaggerating) of (essential) oils and fluids imported from all over the world (to say nothing of ethics or eco-friendliness)?
I personally don't buy essential oils for that reason (I have considered buying peppermint to make my toothpaste but then again they are so heavily packaged with thick glass and plastic caps that it feels wasteful for me).
Hi Sophie I got ur message what fruits and veggies should I eat I use witch hazel rose petal its smells good what's your skpe name I want to talk to you to you sometime what's your time difference I wish I had those fancy skin care products
Eat all the fruits and veggies you want! The more the better! I have oily-prone skin. I'm in GMT time-zone. These skincare products aren't fancy... in fact they're really affordable because I make them myself! You can make your own, too.
Blue Ollis I love eating salads with strawberries nuts goat cheese it's my favorite I love using tea tree oil for my hair it makes my hair so silky itchy is gone for good I oily dry skin too that tea tree oil is great for your face I should try that out I'm very proud of you I would make my TH-cam channel of makeup tutorials I've loved makeup and singing I just need to convince my boyfriend to back me up with his bass guitar and sing with me
Blue Ollis I mean in the part where you wash your hands you let the water tap open, while you could close it and not waste those precious few liters of water.
Blue Ollis, it's actually not offensive to say that and you don't need to justify (used to do that all the time), but it's true. You clearly did waste waste water. We all do things like that and it's okay, if people remind us or give us to think. Hard to handle, but you act as a role model, so take it and admit it. Any effort and genuine intention we put into something is great and who are other people to judge what you or I do, but we're all learning. Just say: "Yes, you are right!" and most people will be paralysed and won't know what to say, if they actually want you to react and take their shit. And if they don't, they'll appreciate it. You'd like people to act the same way, if you told them something, wouldn't you? Challenging.
This was so soothing to watch. Love your voice and thanks for sharing your skincare routine.
I'm so glad you liked it!

Khutija.C When you always put sunscreen on your body will never produce enough vitamin d

What is a toner? What does it do?

MsLaurielle better than using branded tested on animals full of chemicals.
For suuuuure, I agree!💚 Never said it wasn't. Oh, and I love essential oils myself.
I personally don't buy essential oils for that reason (I have considered buying peppermint to make my toothpaste but then again they are so heavily packaged with thick glass and plastic caps that it feels wasteful for me).
Beautiful!
Thank you!
How did you get Rose water?
You can either buy it or make it yourself.
❤️
Hey! are u wearing indian nighty and is ur partner an indian?
I am wearing an Indian dress as a nighty, yes. I was raised in a very Indian part of London and have always been surrounded by the culture.

I'd love to hear you sing, Katherine!
A base oil, an essential oil and some witch hazel are good to start with.
You are zero wasted but you waste water.
I don't waste water. I use just as much as I need.
Blue Ollis
