Thats a really good sensor , probably best for industrial purpose, compare to its price . Also good option for domestic use. can it measure the lpg gas tank level? Or it will get confused in liquid and gas. But I expect more detailed video on how sensor itself work , is it capacitive based or something, why not see inside.
It can't be used with metal containers. And yes it is capacitance based. We have opened it but it is filled with silicon sealant to make it water proof. So if we want to see the internals the sensor will have to suffer some damages.

What about rainy season, wont it give false signals??
In place of water which medium can be used
Any liquid should be fine with the module.
Creative video, keep it up, thank you :)

Can be used for coolant level sensing in car?
It might be possible. It should be fine with any kind of liquid.
can its work in boiling water ?
Sensor module name itself called contactless liquid level sensor?
Yes. and the exact model number for the one we use is XKC-Y26-V.
@@Circuitdigest Thanks
But what is the working principle of this sensor.
Its a capacitance based sensor.

Only water or any liquid
It should be fine with any normal liquids. We have only tested it with water.
thank you poojeet
