Polygraph Test: The offer still stands for Ferris, both Dickies, Kelly, Alan Ovens, to take the test, all paid for, and with written guarantee that if they pass, I'll stop investigating, hold hands up that I'm wrong and take responsibility

@@basilcfaulty-hh7575 what an imbecile. Try reading your own posts. I was registered with LS 3years after that. 13tears ago and Nothing to stop me being fit/proper person for any position( see Rehabilitation of Offenders Act)
Stick to vodka/valluim and leave matters you have no knowledge of to others. But I'll advise. A LP Dip costs about £8,000. Raise it, and I'll take a yr out and repeat it and re-apply and we have a deal: when I'm re-entered you, Kelly, Dickies, Ovens do a polygraph.
      In the meantime

David Dickie a middle aged man in 2003, was so close to Dalkieth police, that when they asked him about his sexual advances towards Jodi(14) he simply refused to answer and put them out his house. And police just accepted that.

i used to work with a man in the serious crime squad in Glasgow, he was retired and making calls at a hearing aid place where i worked, i knew he had met the "Godfather" and others like him while in the police. I have always believed what i was told, i used to think "Why would they lie?" especially the polis. I am 51 now and cannot believe how gullible i was. I asked my friend how he could tell when he was being lied to, he replied that there is always a ring of truth that you can hear in someones voice. Scott Forbes, i have watched just about everything he has done recently and he is genuine and honest with no reason to exaggerate. The facts are all he states and i know what the ring of truth is now. I am concerned that he gets into bother as am sure a lot of folk want him to stop talking! Stay strong you are a total rockstar...please be careful. I could listen to him all night. If i can help in any way i am there! J x

I was hooked on the passion he has for achieving justice for the wrongly accused.

Despite David Dickie being at the murder scene just after Jodi was murdered, and his son being there at the exact time of the murder, and police quizzing him Re sexual advances towards Jodi, his police associates took him to crime scene to act as an 'expert witnes'. So when blood was found on his boot the cops couldn't establish when and how it got there.

There's certainly enough reasonable doubt surrounding the circumstantial evidence against him in that everyone found near the crime scene should have been suspects. No way should the jury have convicted on that had all this been known to them at the time. I've saw some bad court cases but this one seems to one of the worst, certainly in Scotland.

Off the top of my head here are a few anomalies that instantly cry red flags to me…
    1) the ‘search party’ changing statements to omit Mia signalling at the wall and purposefully incriminating Luke as having lead them to Jodi’s body.
    2) Jodi’s socks being put back on (inside out) after her horrendous murder- I emailed prof David Wilson a year ago about this as it’s screams out ‘done by a close relative’ to me.
    3) Mrs Bryson’s description of Jodi’s clothing, which weren’t blue denim jeans and therefore a redundant witness imo
    4) no dna connecting either Luke to the crime scene or vice versa
I could go on and on…

There's certainly a lot of oddities about this. But unfortunately for the Mitchell family, I don't see this ever being resolved. Scott saying the police claim to have evidence or know things... This is a bit like the woman who went missing about a year ago, forget her name, but down south. Turned up a week later in the river, but everything was coming out in the press. Police started taking some heat as to why they didn't follow certain leads so decided to say she was a borderline alcoholic and depressed so they were confident she hadn't been attacked.
They've stuck this kid (now an adult) in prison and ruined his mother's life, what could they possibly have on him that they wouldn't want to release? Unless it's hearsay.
