It's wonderful to see T500 reach this stage once again!💗 As Joel mentioned, T500 users who come across bubbling or ripped surfaces are welcome to contact us for new build plates that have been optimized.
What's contact e-mail?
i got 3 replacement beds. 2 replacement mosfets, 2 full hotend assemblies. and the new one i had to QC because it was seemingly assembled by a child. and then the firmware crashes. you suck comgrow. fight me.
@@user-ik4pp6wn5c you recently purchased it?
Words cannot express how much fun it was to film this, and to just hang out with Joel and Courtney! Thank you both for just being the best people ever! ♥♥♥♥♥♥
I love your models, everyone should subscribe to you on printables. That being said, its wonderful to see what a fun guy you are, now I see why your models are so fun. Thank you!
This was so fun to watch. Love it! You two are so great together.
Loved the cameo appearance!
"A hairy stool isn't anything to worry about.. You don't need to see your doctor." 😂
Wait, I thought you wouldn't have to see your Doctor if you had a smooth stool, but a hairy one would indicate an issue! Boy am I glad I saw your comment! 🤪🤣
Code doesnt work, they only have two different filaments on the site and both are not free with this code.
Have to click on the filament name not add to cart and select the single roll not the 2 one
@@Padrick77 clicking on the name does nothing, theres no product page behind the name.
Good to see that things are LOOKING UP for you guys.
it's fun and t500 is what I am looking for! thank you joe for pointing out the fix they made!
If I had this beast of a machine in my life, I might run out of excuses for finishing the design on that aircraft carrier toy (estimated at around 8.5 - 9 feet long)
Hard to make certain kinds of stuff /without/ a printer.
Thanks for the free roll of filament Comgrow
Can confirm: it stooled. Clockspring and Courtney and Joel: a trio for the ages.
Can doubly confirm! This was even more fun than it looks like :D
That's funny, I was just about done and getting ready to hit complete order and it popped a window open saying item out of stock. I must have missed it by seconds....lol
Nice stool sample.
I have the same issues with my T500, actually... my build plate sticks too much (first batch), and also stringing on my profiles I haven't had a chance to fix. Fun video though!
I'm using G10 sheet for 3D printing. When its hot prints stick hard to it, but once it cools down the print just falls off. Also, how much did this stool cost, compared to a simple wood stool bought from the store.
So thank you Joel and Comgrow
I had to give a like after you guys shared a stool. 😂
I love it! I know that chest because I printed one as a gift for my wife! I love 3d printing!
Looks like code only works on individual spools but they are sold out of individual spools.
Hello, thank you. Regarding the Comgrow T500 Does anybody have by change have the slicer profile settings (start / end g-code) etc... for Prusa slicer or Bambu slicer? thank you.
Haha. Laughed out loud when Courtney popped up with a coin.
I had the best time watching them film the video. They are just too much fun together!
I think I got a free roll of filament😁 thanks Joel. Thanks Comgrow.
Hello Joel! Your videos are very interesting, congratulations, I need your help and know which is the best color 3D printer and the fastest to make realistic figures, regardless of the price, it is for scanning real people in 3D and then making them to scale but not be it in resin, I would appreciate your response! thank you
Just setup my T500 and it won't power on. How did you get around this?
I had to flip the voltage switch back and forth a few times.
That was entirely enjoyable to watch.
That was a fun Video!
I have a 40x40 bedslinger and i regret getting it because it is too big for a bedslinger, anything beyond 30x30 is corexy territory IMO
You need double the Y value for total depth of wherever you place it
Code works, but does not ship to my country :/
Interesting! I have to add a (big) stool tutorial on my CAD tutorial 😀 and you can print it 😀
I don't remember what it was called, but I saw a video your video a couple years ago about the next level of FDM printing where the print head is able to change height while laying down layers to make smoother transitions between layers with less of the step effect on curved surfaces. Is this still a few years away on consumer printers?
You're talking about a dynamic layer height, right? Printers can do that now - it's a function of the slicer!
@@3DPrintingNerd Thats good to hear. I'm getting back into printing after a few years break and was wondering about improvements. I did some googling and non-planar printing also came up. That might be what I was thinking about.
ah, good to know im not the only one who suffers from red giant universe just deciding i no longer have access 7:34
Did you break the the surface of the print bed while removing this print or did you do it on another print? Mine broke when removing the first print. Seems like a common failure.
OK so I saw you answered that in the video =)
"...Where the earth curves"...lol that got me. Imagine the earth having a curve.
thats one big printer
Imagine the T500 with a Chromahead. If that would work well, a LOT of companies would start to worry big time. (pun well intended)
T500, eh? I think I'll wait for the T800.
Spoiler alert: This will not end well.
Never thought I'd enjoy a video about a stool...
Sooooo you like the T500? Mine should be here today. Can you do a tips and tricks video for the T500? I thought this video would be that, but we got comedy instead lol.
Joel is a 0.8 nozzle, and Sven is a 0.4. I've given Joel a couple high-fives in person. I'm a 0.2 nozzle in height comparison.
Thanks for another fun video. High-5!
Ah nuts, missed it. Snooze ya loose
"Back to the filament" :D
code works!
You should do a review of the HSP-1
so cute, but interesting Printer!
Joel, have you noticed any adverse health issues from all the printing you’ve been around over the years?
Nope.
Sven is adorable!
Universe is unlicensed...tisk...tisk... :o)
Code definitly works atleast it worked for me
you should next print a huge stool on the T500.
Code doesn't work.
Is this the last T500 video? hopefully not.
I hope not as well!
GOBIGORGOHOME LOL
Open source?
all the fillaments are sld out
hm u did cheat with the heatgun.. u should highfive the paper to heat it up ;P
Was one of the free roll winners. Comgrow sent the roll but it was addressed incorrectly and the returned to sender. I contacted them as soon as I noticed In tracking info. I contacted Comgrow and it has been 5 days with no response. Not a good look for this company. I doubt I will ever see my “free” spool.
The numbers of "stools" in this video was excessive
Sadly going big wasn't in my favor, so I'll go home
go big or go home
I bought this printer and it has not worked right from the start Comgrow customer service have giving me nothing that helps.Really disappointing experience never buying from Comgrow again. I watch alot of your videos and i like your content alot but this printer is unfinished with bugging firmware that is bairly making it work. I really regret buying this machine
1st here🎉🎉🎉🎉
Honestly, no information or testing on this printer. This was more of an infomercial pushing the product…
This was me doing a project with the printer. Why did you think I would be testing a machine in a video that specifically lays out what I did?
@@3DPrintingNerd it’s a new printer, I watch your videos because I trust your opinion. I was looking for your opinion.
@@rikksullenberger6864 That's fantastic to hear, I'm sorry I didn't showcase enough here on this project video. I may do more with the T500 down the line.
Im not very impressed by the stool, you are litteraly standing on top of several spools, nothing special, it's just big which sounds like a waste... Sorry if I missed the joke :(
half a video of nothing
A full comment of nothing. Good job :)
@@3DPrintingNerd so you thought that the first half of this was useful? or just spamming you tube? Good job: Not
how'd mr. clean get in their? Joe never makes little messes! COMGROW wid Me!
emergency nine eleven can I help U : yes, theres two idiots trying 2 hang themselves!
