I live right next to Knotts, so its always great to be able to go every other day, and because its so close, everyone at my school has a pass so i can go in like groups of ten people. I remember when this ride finally opened, i was too scared, but i got in with early entry for passholders one day, and there was no one in line so i thought, “well, its now or never!” Went on it, scared, came off feeling like a champion. Tbh the scariest part is the lift just because its so unnatural and you only have a lap bar, it feels like your going to slip out. At this time (the park is closed) i have conquered every ride at this park and have even done this ride blindfolded. 10/10 best ride there. Its also VERY smooth. Would recommend to park goers. Favorite place due to the charm. 😁
Fun ride. Short ride. Big thrill. It only looks intimidating; the climb and the actual HANG. Once you DIVE in it’s a smooth sweet ride till the end. I recommend it

Hate these promotional videos where they make everyone where non-brand specific shirts and jeans and make them firmly grasp the lap bar at all times. It looks so unnatural. Why not just film real people having fun? That's the best marketing there is.
captainmaerd - well technically for safety reasons you’re supposed to have your hands down, and running an ad showing people with their hands up is essentially promoting unsafe behavior. Not that I agree with that line of reasoning, but that’s what they told us, so whatever; at least we got to ride 👍
Xavi Hernández - it’s funny because she was pointing at something, not putting her hands up; if the guy hadn’t said anything you wouldn’t have given it a second thought. And if it was really a problem they probably would’ve cut it out anyway, so it really didn’t even matter that he said anything.

And why it’s extra annoying is for a while they were doing pretty well with that, and then they just threw that all away for a bunch of lame additions. Even hangtime could have easily been a lot better (which is the case with pretty much everything they’ve done, the sucky express and ghostriders retrack to name a few), granted it’s the best thing they’ve added since silver bullet (which was all the way back in ‘04) but just one thing after another hasn’t lived up to its full potential; it wouldn’t have been that hard to do either, it’s just so disappointing. 😔
I'm a little scared can someone explain how the going straight up then down part feels please? Edit: I went on silver bullet and it was soo fun! Didn't do hang time though. Maybe next time 😊
megan signorelli Silver Bullet is a really smooth ride I forgot if there is a stomach feeling at all to be honest. You get kinda dizzy when you get off though. No roughness when riding silver bullet
Don't be scared of this ride. The lift hill is like sitting in your bed, and the you fall like 130ft and into a twisted mess of beauitfulness and before you know it you are done
roller coasters don't get stuck upside down. Due to gravity, it would just roll back or forward. On lift hills on the other hand there's little ridges that keep the cars in place in case it gets stuck so it doesn't fall back and bump into other cars. That's what the clicking noise you hear is when you go up lift hills. Roller coasters are very safe. :-)
Hi! i’m sure this is late to respond, and you probably won’t, but I am too scared to go on a ride like this because the biggest ride i have been on is ghost rider, and incredi-coaster at Disneyland. Will I enjoy this ride, and will it be fun for me? :D
@@lowkeyybrook YES, trust me from a person who almost had a panic attack from going on this ride, I guarantee that this ride is incredibly fun. The only thing that is intimidating is the going up, but everything else is super fun and will make u wanna ride many more times
Just to clarify, "the park" is not "the employees/ride operators", you’re going to have to go pretty high up to get proper clearance for it. I ran into a guy there one time that said he had been waiting two years to get 'permission'; so yeah, good luck.
Youre not gonna find any rollercoaster in America or even out of the country that actively lets people film on the ride, unless you have some sort of special permission. That doesnt stop people from doing it anyways and getting away with it though...
Dude I went on this ride twice and the first Time I did not like it because like the drop and I was planning to just go on this ride one time but then my cousin decided to go on it and she told me to wait in line with her and once we got to the seats I told I’ll be waiting outside but nope this girl just basically ties my ass down on the seats of this ride and here we go I’m freaking out and she’s over here laughing and was like telling her to give her hand but she was like what and I said you know what fuck i.shittttt i had to hang on tight to this ride cause it feels like you are going to fall out well when you’re skinny like hella and so then we go waiting up there for like 6 seconds and we go down mannnnn it felt so bad like it hurt my heart and that’s it basically😐😅
