Hi, thanks for the video. Is there a problem if I did invoices and receipts for every sale and now I realize(thanks to ur video) I don't need to create invoices. Can I just keep doing sales receipts from now on or should I go and delete all those invoices.

Do I need to do it one by one or I can do a monthly sum. The deposit in the bank will not match the sale invoice. And sometimes I even get the payment the next month. sorry for the long question. I couldn't find a video on that.

Do you find that a majority of your clients are cash basis or accrual? I understand the need for accrual but I feel like cash basis is just so much easier lol

You can keep the invoices. Just make sure you close them and match the bank deposits.
