  • Hey everyone, I'm 2nd Accident! I'm a music producer and DJ from South Korea. I specialize in creating mysterious ambient music with ethnic and spiritual elements. Some people even describe it as cinematic! My main goal as an artist is to help you reconnect with yourself. That's why most of my music doesn't have lyrics. I want you to fill it with your own thoughts and make it the soundtrack of your story.
I do live performances here in South Korea & stream live on Twitch (twitch.com/2ndaccident) and TH-cam ( / @2ndaccident . You can find my music on iTunes (apple.co/3vTMKmp), Bandcamp (2ndaccident.bandcamp.com/) etc. We also have a discord channel (2ndaccident.ck.page/a2nd) where we share art, thoughts, and music we've found (there is a lot going on). Also, I run a blog about self-development (2ndaccident.blogspot.com) , because everything I do is about helping you reconnect with yourself. If you want to connect with me on social media or check out my music on other platforms, you can find all of that info on my website: 2ndaccident.ck.page/a2nd
    Thanks for checking in.

I never been quick to colab, and i think Rorang is the only colab i dont regret about, matter of fact originally we were about to share scene on that night in this Jam Lounge, but something went sideways, not sure i remember what exactly. So was only me playing, and next time might not happen to play with someone there cuz honestly music didnt meet their expectations, too dark for a place where people come to chill after long stressful day in office (my best guess). But honestly i find it hard to colab with non electronic musicians, hard to say what exactly is off... But when i colab with Rorang we do repetition and plan the whole thing through, so we kinda 60% ready for what is coming (and 60%i consider veery good % cuz even my solo livestreams i would usually give it 40%), Rorang is perfect, with other people either i expected to do all heavy lifting or they just generally dont care much about quality of performance, or opposite they not sure about their skill so they never ready to give it a shot. So vocalists and people who play instruments but familiar with computer production are my best shot i would say. Otherwise there is just too much of conversation and friction into a preparation process to find a middle ground and get the ball rolling. Other Artist usually share same opinion with me. By the way what do u think, who is your perfect colab? And just out of curiocity, would u share scene with Rorang for example or me? Im generally curious.

If id share a scene with you i gues my plan would be to let u take care of all the electronic elements, and i would focus on all the ethnic stuff i love so much like Taiko drums, And strings and stuff.... Damn actually sounds exciting now when i think about it)

@@2ndAccidentIt's always hit or miss. That's life, not just in music. I didn't do many collabs. I used to jam a lot with an old classmate of mine in the late '80s early '90s, a guitarist, and occasionally more recently, both alone and other people (check my Mushroom Bar playlist on my channel). Then I made a dark ambient EP with another artist a few years ago, and then, out of the blue, practiced a whole year with a band where I played keys, some guitars, backing vocals, wrote songs. Super nice, really great, but then I needed to go my way. I've never been a team player, not just in music, but when it works, it is really very nice. Well worth trying.

@@2ndAccidentThat's weird. I had just just uploaded an action trailer scene with taiko drums after posting my comment :)))
