This was SO refreshing to watch after the fiasco in Winnebego! KUDOS to Boone County - even though you weren't in compliance you all were very pleasant...I'm really hoping y'all get those docs up on your walls and show other FOIA Officers how it's done!

They just didnt have the records prominently displayed but they just didnt know they were supposed to have that done. Hopefully they will do it before you go back but they all seemed nice i thought.
