Love the house in Bali. It's a tropical country with it's modern amenities. Thanks for sharing your vlogs Martin. Bali is an interesting country to visit.❤
Bali is a popular destination for expats because of its relatively low cost of living. Retired expats often live in Ubud for its natural beauty, culture, and tranquility or in Nusa Dua for its peaceful beaches and high-end facilities. Bali has an excellent hospital. Expats living in Bali includes US UK AUS RUS German Japan France Italy Holland. Investing in villas or airbnb in Bali is in demand specially if you are coming from.Europe coz of connection and referral/collab with tours and travels from Europe as travel vloggers around the world. Thou Bali is prone to earthquake due to its location in the Pacific Ring of fire and tge Sunda Arc, tsunami but overall nice venture with good ROI investment coz its already develop. It's also an exit point for tourist with 30 days expiring visa traveling from other nearest countries (Thai Bali Phil) in order to stay more than 30 days you have to exit again to get another 30 days visa and come back just like vloggers. Also, its only 3hrs & 40 min from Manila your 2nd home. You can book tourist from the Phils 👌
Siagao & Palawan are very attractive places to invest in business tourism since they are not yet fully saturated by multinational tourism companies but offer a very attractive & promising tourist paradise business potential destinations since a lot of international tourism magazines hailed & made publicity for them as one of the most beautiful island paradise in the world because of its crystal clear water & sugary pure white sands surrounded by limestone mountains & coves
It’s not very easy to build a house in Siargao we bought land and built a house there as I am from the U.K. my wife is Filipina. If I knew that what I know now I would not have done it. I would have moved to Australia or Spain. Lots of amazing things about Siargao but also there is a very very dark side to Siargao. What I say the dark side of Siargao I mean most people in Siargao Filipino and foreigners they just do not bother to follow the laws of the Philippines and the authorities can’t be bothered to sort out the problems. Also if you building a house there are far to many bits of paperwork to sort out and then if you want a storm proof home then 95 percent of the materials have to come from other places off the island. Now that lots more foreigners coming to the island some foreigners complain about having the items stollen. A few more things he I could mention but stop there. Plus like a lot of Asian countries there are far too many stray dogs and cats running around. I stop there for now but just to say nowhere is perfect and that we have lots of friends most of are friends are Filipinos that have moved to the island from other parts of the Philippines or foreigners like me married to a Filipino.
Agree, i can relate..have encountered the same experienced before dogs and cats everywhere n the roads, unlimited karaoke., drinking session n the streets with no t-shirt, double parking, kids playing n the streets, morning chicken as alarm clock, missing bicycle, stolen car side mirror etc. (For peace and order in the Phils live in an exclusive community like the Solhaugen's family) Before you invest suggest to research and investigate first before you purchase a property there's more fresh and cheap properties to be developed with good community( peace in order being implemented ensure not infested by people with unlawful act ) in the Phils. 👌
@ We rented a friend of my wives apartment in Manila for 3 months it was in a gated community. It was very nice. Any idea where in Manila Martin lives? One problem we have now is that that we have 2 cats and 8 dogs that we either rescued or adopted. So we are kind of limited to where we can move to as we would need outside space for the pets to run around in and build them an outside cats and dogs home. Anyhow I think you are right in what you are saying.

Sad about rice fields being developed into hotels. The land is needed for food and farming, not more rich development.

Another potential real estate near the beach for a holiday is Subic in Zambales and San Juan City in La Union. Both are on the island of Luzon.
