I agree with Paul's 10 most important stories a great leader should tell. If forced to select one, it would have to be #9 because of the critical importance to having a Personal Leadership Philosophy told through stories.

Great book! I just finished reading it; since spanish is my mother language it took more than a few hours to complete it; but I ejoyed it, I realized many things and learned a lot; What stories I am struggling with?well... the origin story; it's not only that I don't know it; is just that I don't have one, ore that's what I think; I simply grew up seeing my dad managing his law firm; and now I mange one of my own; there was to breaking point, it was a natural transition since I was working for a large company and I started my own bussines, of course reading all these things I ,aking it evolve from a simple group a lawyers to a consulting company; should I do something about it? go create or live an origin story? COngratulations!

Any tips for the opposite? An intern preparing to present to an executive of the company? Will stories help me get the project I have in mind across or no?

Yes, stories work up the hierarchy as well. But they need to be short (2-3 minutes each, at most), and should only be 10-15% of your content. Good luck!
