I follow this but when I click the network I see the name but under it it says No Internet connection. I am not given the opportunity to put in the password and use the Internet on the kaptop. I have been using the laptop with the mobile WiFi but suddenly just stopped. Help
Then just right click on the wifi network and choose forgot Network. It will prompt you to put in your password again. If you connect and you can't still browse, please kindly check your internet bundle to make sure you have a bundle. If anything, let me know

Please did you turn on your mobile hotspot? If yes then when you tap on the WiFi connection from your PC , kindly locate the name you use on your phone hotspot connection and connect. It should connect you successfully when you connect. And kindly make sure your phone data is on and you have bundle as well. Let me know if you still face some challenges

If your PC doesn't have WiFi, Then please try using your phone USB cable and follow the procedure for connecting the Internet through your USB tethering. With that , you can still enjoy the internet

It's bringing that you enter a security key, and I don't know what a security key is😢
Sorry please kindly go to your hotspot settings and check the password that is already there. That is the security key it's asking you on your PC.
Does this still use hotspot data?
Yes please, it uses your mobile data for the Internet
