I have a question so when can you really run to 1 st or 2nd or 3rd base

If you are a righty playing short-stop and a hitter hits it into the outfield, and you go onto second base because the second baseman goes as cut-off, how should you stand on the base when receiving the catch from the second baseman? Like which foot should i place on the bag, and where should my body be facing and stuff

i also have a question if someone is in your way while running bases to u bubble around or blast through them?

If they have the ball or are going for a ball, you need to avoid them. If they aren’t playing the ball, you can go through them and it’ll be obstruction.

I have a question, say all of the bases are covered by the people who hit the ball which phase do we throw it to because I play second base it's really worries me because it's my first year playing softball

if bases are loaded you could throw home, 1st, or if you're moving towards 2nd you can throw there

I have a question, say you're at second base and the person hits a high ball and the person catches it do you have to tag second base then run to Third Base?

Yes. If the ball is in the air, you must tag up before going to 3rd. Meaning, the second the person catches the ball, you can leave the bag and run to 3rd.
