I have just tried to follow your instructions and when I get to the bit where you go to the Layer effects. I don’t get the same options on screen as yourself, I have the same tick options on the left, however on the right hand side there is only a radius slider and a tick box for preserve alpha and nothing else. Can you advise where I’m going wrong.. thanks in advance
Hi Nadia Arnott, in Layer Effects make sure you click on the Outline first so as it is highlighted in Blue and then put a tick in the box, you will now see the controls for the Outline :) I think from what you say that you have Gaussian Blur highlighted even though you have added the tick to Outline...easy to do. Hope this helps and please let me know how you get on. David
I know im randomly asking but does someone know of a method to get back into an Instagram account? I somehow forgot my account password. I would appreciate any help you can offer me

Tried this on one of my landscape photos. Great results. Simple and concise instructions made it easy to follow.
