Just watching you work step by step is so fascinating. This is what I am talking about. Building trailers. I been following you since you made the tear drop trailer. Never a boring moment. Keep the great work.
Oh man. I just came across this video. Another awesome one thank you. I built my cabinets very much like this minus the CNC. Anytime I follow the same procedure as you, I know it’s going to be rock solid
Thanks Marc! You give me too much credit! Been watching your videos as well, like the bench design, you definitely thought that one out! Love the way you installed the slats. Preety soon, you'll be out on the road!!
Gee Al, I am impressed by the skills you developed with the CNC! Those cupboards will look great! Looking forward to watch the rest of the built project! As we say in french: "Coup de chapeau" (Hats off) for your right angle jig!
Glad I've gone searching for your channel as TH-cam has stopped sending me alerts for some reason, anyway I'll just search if I need to but thought I'd let you know, still love your easy to follow projects, thanks from ya mate downuder in Australia hope your doing well
Greeting Dave! Have the same issue for some of the channels I watch... I get no notification, have to look them up as well. Sometimes TH-cam misses it! :)
Your attention to detail and craftsmanship are awesome! Just like your trailer build, this is enjoyable to watch each week! Thanks for making it look so easy.
Nice! VERY nice! You simply amaze me with your woodworking knowledge and abilities! Wow! Can’t wait to see what’s gonna blow my mind next! Stay safe and KEEP ON BUILDING! Waving from Houston, Tx…~Jim~
Appreciate you watching through the build Jim, means a heck of a lot!! Not sure if I'll be able to cram all the ideas I have for this build in the van, but sure gonna try! I hope to turn some heads when finished. You check out my Teardrop build I did just befor this build? If you get a chance... check it out and let me know what you think :)
@@OregonBatman > I’ll check it out after I finish watching the van build. Are you ever considering building a van like this for others? Price? Have a blessed weekend!
@@OregonBatman> No truer words spoken! Price gouging throughout America has gotten absolutely out of control since this pandemic started. I get sooo pissed off every time I go to the grocery store or buy gas. And, still waiting girl my settlement hasn’t helped any! I thought I found a 2000 Roadtrek to buy the other day…the guy only wanted ten thousand for it and it was immaculate…BUT! …it had 187,000 miles on it and I backed off. Had it had a lot less miles I would’ve paid him cash on the spot instead of still waiting for my settlement to finalize. On another note, and as of this writing, I’ve finished watching the van build series. Absolutely great videos, Al! Have agreat weekend as I head back to your channel to binge watch other videos!
@@TOTALLYRELAXED Thank you Jim! Appreciate you taking your valuable time to watch an old guy muddle through thngs! I hope you land your perfect rig and start you travels! Be safe, and thank you again! al
Wow - beautiful work (and tools!). We just bought cabinets at Lowes for our cargo trailer and was congratulating ourselves that stain/varnish came out OK - you've taken this to a whole different level - really nice to see your work :)
Thanks T.... yeah, tear out on that first piece. I think I upped the RPM a little and increased feed rate. Seemed to work whatever I did, the first piece was the only one that shredded a bit.
Al, did you make all of your cabinets the same size (depth, height)? Could you tell me the size. I can see the dimensions for the height (13 and some inch) on the templet but I don't see a depth. It would be greatly appreciated if you could provide that. Thanks
Estou no GETTR , Jzanette. Conheça um pouco de minha cidade. Içara, SC,. Brasil. Vou postar meu trailer que eu mesmo fiz acompanhando seu trabalho. Abraços!

Nice to see the new CNC in action. Those right angle clamp holders look like they'll be handy on this and future projects.
Those right angle clamps are the bomb! Great help when installing my gas struts!
Just saw this project. Nice . I'm going to do another tear drop.
That’s awesome!! Second one will go much faster! :)
Wow you, did figure out the cnc. Your attention to detail is blowing my mind. Hope to see the van when you get out with it. Amazed.
CNC lots of fun! Thanks Randy! We’ll see ya soon! :)

Thank you sir! Actually installed the cabinets in the van today... looks great! And those little right angle jigs... perfect little tools!

@@TOTALLYRELAXED haven't considered it just yet... materials are still pretty spendy right now. Costs an arm and a leg! LOL!

Awesome, this build does not add unnecessary weight as compared to others who use shiplaps. 👍
I knew you built that CNC for a reason! Very cool, Al. I like the new build.
Thanks Dan! Installed the cabinets and they look cool!
Nice cabinet.
Thank you Danny!

Thank you! I think these turned out very nice. Actually installed them today, happy with how they look, hoping everyone agrees. :)
Hello 👋🏾 Lowe’s sells cabinets for a Promaster build?
The shelves are looking great awesome work.
Installed today! Looks so good… ! Thanks for watching!
👍🏼
First! And SO glad to see another video posted! Going through withdrawals... :P
:) Thanks Jeffery!!
The cabinet is absolutely gorgeous. Was there some tearout/splintering on the first pass of the CNC machine, and if so, how did you deal with that?
Thanks T.... yeah, tear out on that first piece. I think I upped the RPM a little and increased feed rate. Seemed to work whatever I did, the first piece was the only one that shredded a bit.
@@OregonBatman thank you .good to know.

Obrigado!!

Hey Ed M... the height and depth are both the same, finished dimensions are 14" high x 14" deep
Bom dia meu amigo!
Good morning!! :)
Nice job as always! Glad to see the CNC in action. What CAD software are you using? That looked like Carbide Create to do the G code.
Yessir... used Carbide Create to create the tool path and Carbide Motion to run the G-Code. Works pretty nicely!
Hello! Do you have a template for your cabinets? I’d love to use your design
Sorry, I do not... I made the template out of cardboard and when finished, I think I used it for something else then threw it away :(
Thanks anyway.

Isso é incrível, meu amigo! Muito obrigado por assistir e fico feliz em ajudar!
Would you share the cad file ?
Sorry.... they are not available, not even sure if I have them any longer
Yea, everybody has a machine like that. Hardly realistic.
I know... but if you can make the pattern for the cabinets, won't really matter what you cut it with, use the tools you have.
Nice but way to complicated and expensive for me. I'll stick to plastic bins.
Totally understand! Plastic bins are a very good option!
