I was so surprised to get notification that you have a new workout today. It was perfect after my strength training today. Love to work my core right after doing weights and of course love the mini ball. Feel like I get a good workout and I can feel it in my core. Thanks for this surprise Karen.
This is a great video. I’m knew to this little ball situation. Can you tell me what it does to squeeze it between your legs? And is a comfort thing to have it under you when you first started the work out? Thank you
Hi! It adds resistance, helps keep alignment , adds a stability challenge and helps turn on deep muscles. Keep it up you will see and feel a difference.
I liked most of this. I never like having my feet on the ball b/c I don't trust the ball to hold me - I think I'll try my wobble board net time. The transitions were a little fast but I'm sure will get easier once I learn the routine.
