And God bless you, Bill. I lost my wonderful husband last year to Parkinson's & dementia after 52 years. The pain & guilt never stops. I cared for him for 15 years but finally had to put him into a nursing home. He blamed me for that (it wasn't a good place but all I could find after our savings ran out). Alzheimer's or any kind of dementia is so cruel. I'm now living in the same 'home' so I know why he hated it here. Best wishes to you from 🇨🇦🙋!
@@Claudia-up6hr Thank you Claudia.I thought I had it difficult trying to look after my wife for nearly eleven years but your husband was lucky to have you with him for 15 years of his illness. I make you a hero. It is heartbreaking because you,as in my case,hope you are doing the right thing for them but,again in my case,you wonder if you could have done more.I lost many tears when,eventually,I had to admit defeat and she went into a care home and was unable to visit because of covid.I am truly sorry for your loss and hope you stay well.
I pray God is watching over you.

i always wondered what happened to anita, she always had a smile on her face and looked very happy, so sorry to hear about your husband ,she has not changed at all they say laughter is the best medicine and i agree with everything anita said about comedy you go girl and do what makes you happy xx

I saw Anita many, many years ago as Cinderella in the pantomine at Coventry Theatre.
I grew up in "pro digs." Anita stayed when, (I think), she was doing Holiday on Ice. She must have been very young as I am only 7 years younger and I was a child.
She was lovely to me and I still treasure a photograph.
