People going to say disorganized but I've do this plenty of time and this guy will ace any exam. He put the patient at ease midway by addressing his issue and once that happened, he ask other question and patient won't be agitated. His connector to other question are impeccable and flow smoothly. I need to be more like him and so are other doctors

I have a family member that was in the hospital for 10 days. She was really sick with pneumonia, but she was alert and in her right mind. Now after 10 days they had to put her on a vent. Now they are calling me to make her "goal of care" for her since now she is unconscious. I wonder why they didnt have this talk with her before she got even worse. She is in the state of SC.

Excellent consultation from the patient's perspective, Her ideas , concerns and expectations have been explored and addressed. However, if I was your examiner Dr Daniels, you would loose marks for organisation and structure. Also I would have asked about family members and friends and other support including what she occupies herself with.
